Wendi Lester & Associates, PC

We have known Wendi Lester for 10 years. She is rare in the legal field as far as finding a compassionate attorney that is personally invested in your concern.
When we started the process for adoption we turned to her for her legal expertise. Wendi was not only professional, but totally on top of every detail, form, procedure and court proceeding that needed to be completed. He staff was always warm and friendly, and always eager to help with any questions. Our adoption went through without a hitch and so smoothly. I credit Wendi with her ability to communicate effectively and fairly with both sides.
We were so pleased with Wendi’s services and her office staff that she also facilitated our second adoption. We had some complications that led us to court. Wendi was always prepared and communicated clearly with us what to expect. Our issues were worked out in our favor due to her planning, organization and effective communication!
Wendi also helped us with our Wills. Again she explained things very clearly so we could understand and outlines all of our options. She went over every form very thoroughly and answered any questions patiently.

In ten years of dealing with the office of Wendy Lester, I have known nothing but great service and honesty.

I am very familiar with the services of this firm as I have been involved in a personal injury suit for over 4 years. While I’ll not comment on the professionalism or character of the firm, I can only describe my experience. And recognizing that different people have different expectations, one only need to look at the advertising for the seemingly worst Personal Injury Attorney to see that constant communication and fast resolution are the mark of a good experience. This firm provided neither.
All excuses aside, first and foremost, I was not impressed with either the courtesy or efficiency of her staff. I had to take off work to visit her office for a scheduled appointment, and when I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment and that the attorney was «busy with a client.» As I was leaving I was told she wasn’t busy after all. Typically it was phone tag, and email tag. She was either not available, out of the office, or unreachable. She would either rush explanations or give none at all; many of the explanations of what was happening — when she could be reached — made no sense. It seemed she was not very familiar with the case or its status. I would expect this from a large corporate firm, but not from a sole practitioner in a small town!
If you are involved in an accident, I suggest you look elsewhere. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

I engaged her services at her Georgetown office but this Round Rock office I understand is the main office for her practice. I picked up her card at Texas Family Chiropractic where they recommended her to me when I told them that I had been in an auto accident. Her office and theirs seem to have some kind of ‘agreement’ when it comes to personal injury claims and treatment.
I am completely unsatisfied with this office. After over two and a half years of conflicting misinformation and unreturned calls, unexplained processes, and unpaid bills I can only think the worst. I went to her at her Georgetown location for a personal injury claim because I was a passenger that was rear ended in an auto accident. I have no idea what happened to my lost wages or travel reimbursement money for medical care which I understand is immediately reimbursable by PIP. The bills that were paid were only paid after I went to the insurance company on my own and they demanded that she pay them. Although I am no attorney and don’t pretend to know what went on, everything seems to point to serious maleficence or incompetence in my opinion.
Please if you have had a similar experience with this office let me know. I am planning formal action.
