I took the doors off my ’74 Thing for Wendall to repair door dings, gigs, etc and match the paint. I was told by others that the entire car had to be painted as the paint would not match. As luck would have it, Wendall repaired the doors better than new and painted them to an exact match… I could not believe they look better than new! Prices are very reasonable. For whatever it is worth… take your car to Wendall for an estimate… you will be very happy. I never offer review, but in this case, YES !

It is hard to find a body shop that is willing to do small jobs that does not involve gouging a customer or an insurance company to maximize profits. I took a small motorcycle fairing repair/​paint job to Wendall and was very pleased with the price and absolutely impressed with the repair. I generally find small independents take more pride in their work and that is certainly the case at Wendall’s I definitely will use him again.

I was referred to Wendall by an auto repair shop. I got his address and drove out to east Georgetown where Wendall is located. When I arrived I thought I’d gone to the wrong address since I was at what appeared to be a farmhouse. I called and Wendall confirmed that I was at the right place, so I drove up.
Wendall gave me a figure of what he’d charge to do the repair work that I needed to have done to my 2006 Lexus RX330. His price was very reasonable compared to a previous quote that I had been given — about half of that quote. I asked for and Wendall gave me some references, one a former auto dealership owner and another the owner of an auto repair shop.
I called these two references and both gave Wendall strong recommendations and each stated that he had used Wendall more than once. The former dealer said that his son-​in-​law is a used car dealer and uses Wendall regularly.
Later I did a web search and could only find one review of Wendall’s work, which was quite negative. Had I only had that review, I wouldn’t have hired Wendall. But, because of what his references had to say and the original recommendation that I had been given, I decided to hire him.
I got my car back from Wendall today (9−1−11). He did a great job and I’m glad I hired him. He saved me money and my car looks great.
