Sutra Salon and Aveda Salon

I have been coming to the Salon for 5 months, with a couple special events this year during the summer, I was hoping for an amazing experience with the prices they charge. Well, it was okay, really like Katie as a stylist, however I had low lights put in my hair in August, then one week later went to have my hair cut by Katie, she could not find the low lights and suggested that maybe there was something wrong with the color that London put on my hair. I was told the process would be complementary when I could come back and get them replaced. I was gone to CA on a work assignment and came back into town, mad the appointment and was told by the receptionist (the owner did not have the guts to get on the phone) that they would not replace my low lights! I will never be back! This was the second time I witnessed the owner being unprofessional. Hey, wake up you are in the service industry and standing behind your word is a HUGE deal! This could have been handled much better and you loose as I will move on and you will still be unprofessional!

This is the «Aveda Experience» that I am accustomed to. They have a soothing atmosphere and very friendly staff. You can get all your hair care products and make up at this location.
This is my two hours of therapy girl time with my favorite stylist Katie. I love how they pamper you and on occasion have treats like chocolate covered strawberries!
