History

Established in 2014.

In response to ever-​increasing OSHA enforcement actions, Safety First Consulting was establish to protect workers from injuries and business from heavy OSHA penalties and public shaming.

Meet the Manager

Robert B.

Manager

Mr. Box has 25+ years of environmental health, safety and ergonomics experience, spanning a broad range of industries and operational sizes. He brings a passion for continuous safety improvements as a function of business operations.

He completed his Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree and also earned his Master of Science degree with emphasis on Safety and Ergonomics. His thesis project focused on safety and ergonomics in a foundry environment.

He was hired by an international telecom manufacturer as Safety Manager in the world’s largest mobile phone manufacturing facility. Robert was promoted to inspect construction workplaces throughout the Western Hemisphere, including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile and Argentina, to assure safety performance.

Robert also has experience in the workers’ comp insurance industry where he has been a Safety Consultant and Supervisor in Texas.

Presently, Robert is the Principal Consultant with Safety First Consulting.
