History

Established in 1996.

Russ has been practicing in Williamson county since 1996 and throughout Central Texas since graduating law school in 1994.

Russ has always been a criminal defense attorney and never prosecuted persons accused of crimes.

He has been board certified in criminal law since 2000 and licensed to practice in Federal court since 1995.

He has tried dozens of jury trials including numerous capital murder, murder, aggravated assault, sex crimes, DWI and drug possession cases.

Business Owner

Russ was born on a US Air Force base in Germany, grew up in Waco, Texas, attended Austin College and the University of Texas Law School.

After Law School, Russ learned the practice of criminal defense by practicing with his father, Russ Hunt, Sr. in Waco. After a couple of years there, Russ moved his family to Georgetown and he has lived in Georgetown, Austin and Round Rock since then.
