What can I say, these guys are great. Specifically DJ. This guy is the man. He has sold my entire family a car and it was time for me to upgrade as well. I had my eye on a used Mazda 3 and he made it happen. He actually made the entire process enjoyable. I won’t buy from anyone else.

Sales guys/​gals are really nice and friendly, as should be. They tell you that they don’t play ‘games’ when it comes to prices and let the folks who do the numbers come and talk to you. Oh and they have the best pre-​owned sales trophy or whatever!
Really! With that finance guy who came and said that the best he could do was bring down the price by $ 78 on a car priced over $ 20K!
What a joke!
Oh, he even said that their sales guy would say anything to make you sit down and talk about the cars. So much for teamwork!
A teeny bit of my two cents– those guys who face the customer and set the first impressions need to be given due credit.

Online Trade In Appraisal :
I really wanted to write a good review. I’m a life long Austinite and they have been here for decades.
I used their online appraisal tool to get the value for a vehicle I was trading in. The main office reached out to me immediately and when I asked him how accurate it would be, especially since I entered in the VIN, he told me very accurate. And that usually they offered even more.
But when I went into the dealership they didn’t want to talk about their online appraisal. Almost acted like it was from somewhere else and not their own website. Did I enter something in wrong perhaps? No. They simply said it was only right about half the time so they couldn’t rely on it to value trade ins. As you might guess the «new» value they came back with was $ 3000 less.
I will say this, the people were nice as they could be. Trying their best with what they have to deal with I guess. But a disappointing experience for the customer.

When you buy a car from them, everything is fine.
Till your car starts shaking/​vibrating for no reason at the idle position. Under warranty, 8k miles mazda 2.
I have taken my car twice there and I was told «There is no shake, we could not observe it!»
I felt like I am stupid or I just live in an imaginative world.
And the vibration started after I have my car serviced there! What a coincidence.
I will take my car there for the third time and if they will not solve this problem under warranty I will take actions. Leave negative review everywhere then contact the regional representative then to Mazda USA.
Worst service ever.

Justin Chavez is great. Very nice personality and patient. I walked in today, expecting nothing and he has come back and given me so many options to go if I’m approved. I love that!

Writing this after trying for almost 9 months with this dealership, Mazda Corporate and Roger Beasley Social Media to resolve the issue on my 2015 Mazda CX-​9. First of all, no doubt and honestly, so far we have liked driving Mazda CX-​9, but after 9 months dealing with dealership and Mazda Corporate to get annoying vibration on our driver side rear view mirror first noticed and then after recognized by the dealership get it fixed has made all our driving experience and decision to buy Mazda as cheap and regretting that we cannot explain. This bad experience is growing every day we look into our vibrating rear view mirror and getting headache. Below are the details. Decide yourself before spending hard earned money on Mazda and dealing with this dealership and overall Mazda corporate.
1. Feb 2015 on our first maintenance appointment we complaint about excessive vibration on driver side rear view mirror. Service Advisor said they are aware of the issue and he will get it fixed. At the end of service appointment, Service Advisor said that he has ordered the part which will fix the issue and will call us as soon as part arrives at dealership to get it replaced. Gladly we came back home knowing issue is known and will be fixed.
2. After few days, we got a call from dealership that part has arrived at the dealership and asking us to make an appointment to get that replaced. Unfortunately, we could not make it for the part replacement until our next service appointment. During our next appointment, we again asked the same Service Advisor to replace the part and requesting him to order the same if in case it was returned. Service Advisor said he will look into it. After few hours, Service Advisor calls and says that there is no fix for the excessive vibration, it cannot be fixed and we will have to drive the car like that. So, I asked, what are you talking about? First time you knew the issue, ordered the part and called us to get that replaced and now you are saying that there is no fix? Service Advisor says that he made a mistake last time and there is no fix for this issue. So I ask him to replace the mirror and see if the vibration goes away. He said that he will check with office and get back to us in few days. He never got back to us, so we reached out to him after few days. He said, he will replace the mirror, but we will have to pay. I said, it’s not even 5 months since we bought the car, car is in full warranty and there is a defective part in the car, why we have to pay? Anyways, it was waste of time talking to him so we reached out to his manager. Who started with some weird stories and then finally agreeing to see the car. We took the car to him and asked him to drive the car alone and experience the vibration. He recognized the issue and again ordered some parts to fix it. Manager said, they will replace whole mirror. Few days later, we went to get the mirror replaced, after replacement the Service Advisor (This time a different one) said that issue has been fixed. I asked him why I still see the old mirror, he said they replaced parts inside the mirror and outer part is still old. I said, you told us whole mirror will be replaced, but anyways as long as excessive vibration is gone, we don’t care. We drove the car home and on the way see the exact same vibration. Nothing fixed and no difference. I gave few more days to test to avoid any confusion and reached out to manager again telling him that issue is not at all fixed. He did not reply. Then after few days I send my wife to talk to them about the issue and finally they said we need to talk to Mazda Corporate to report the issue and get it fixed. Dealership cannot do anything anymore. So here is a dealership who first will not recognize the issue, then say there is no issue, lie that it has been fixed and then finally tell you to talk to Mazda Corporate instead of them talking to Corporate about an issue they recognized.
3. Before going to Dealership manager, we did reach out to Mazda Corporate with the issue. The Customer Service at the Corporate was another joke and that’s when we started regretting buying a Mazda apart from dealing with the dealership. Quality of people comes from high standards followed and set by corporate. The lady handling the call at the Corporate Office said if dealership fails to recognize the issue then we need to be persistent with them and keep going back to them to recognize the issue. At that moment we knew we made a bad decision buying Mazda spending almost $ 34K on it. After Service Center manager told us that the issue cannot be fixed by them, I again sent an email to corporate office, but no response. I sent email to almost all the Mazda Corporate executives I could find on their web site, no response. I also reached out the Roger Beasley social media department and now no update. NHTSA:

Well… The car buying experience was great. Dealt with Bob amazeen and he got me in the right car at a good price.
What sucks here is the service department. In two separate occasions I have been told told there was nothing wrong with my car when there was clearly a problem…
First, the car I bought had an issue with the throw out bearing. Was told nothing was wrong and sent on my way. Took it to a transmission shop for another opinion and low and behold… I had a bad throw out bearing. Had the tranny shop replace the bearing for a nice chunk out of pocket (while I’m under warranty! 10k miles on car!)
Next, I take my car in to have my brake system checked. When pumping the brakes the rpms of the engine at idle would change at it popped a check engine light. Take it in and… Yep you guessed it, no sir nothing is wrong with your brake system. Take it to another shop and they throw their diagnostic on my car and what do ya know. Vac leak at brake booster membrane. Another nice chunk out of pocket. The shop was appalled that the dealership sent me on my way with such a big issue in my braking system. Very dangerous!
Also! Don’t even bother taking your car on a weekend for service. Per every service consultant there… «Weekends are for oil changes only!» Nevermind your dangerous brake problem that can also kill your engine from running lean and cause serious injuries from not being able to stop! Even when it’s scheduled several days in advance! But they wait till you show up for the appt to mention this to you…
No one mentioned anything about not being able to have your car serviced on a weekend when I payed 26k+ for the car!
In summary… Great sales team, terrible service department! Take your business elsewhere!

Paid for oil changes when purchasing car? I did… Took it in with 36 131 miles after the 36k cut off for the oil changes and am told no… We will not change your oil [even though I brought my own as I have the entire life of the car] I’m 100 past the 36k Mark and even though I have 2 oil changes left (that I paid for!) they still won’t change it.
I will be putting I a complaint to mazda about this dealership.

I visited Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown after having a terrible experience at another location. I was about to unleash my unbridled rage via online reviews when I decided to call Roger Beasley instead. Right from the start of my call, Sid Misle made me feel like I was dealing with a responsible, considerate business. Sid referred me to Scott Kingsbury and Jon Choate in Georgetown. I was very impressed by the friendly and thoughtful service provided to me. Jon, the sales person, was excellent. He was very attentive and knowledgeable while not pressuring me in the least. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in a Mazda. Scott, the manager, checked in with me numerous times to ensure that I had everything I needed. Sid, Scott, and Jon are awesome and I love my Mazda3!

I just bought a Mazda 3 from Jeremy Gregg at the Georgetown Roger Beasley dealership. They made me a great deal, got the exact car I wanted from another dealership, and provided by far and away the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. I wish I could give them more than five stars.

If I had though of Unilocal years ago this would have been written a long time ago. I’m talking about in the last 3 years.
Mazda in a shell sucks and caused me the worst grief and issues with every appointment I had. Whatever you do don’t get your car from one location and get services at a totally different Mazda. Apparently the contracts don’t transfer and you have to bring in you hard copes each service. T
The worst location was the georgetown tx location. They all sit on their a** and wait till you stand there needing help. Once they find out they can’t find documentation in the computer that you paid over $ 300 for oil changes and inspections they just turn to charge you. I had to fight for ever one of my darn oil changes with them! Every single one!!! Never did they believe me till I brought in my dumb contract to prove I paid for that service.
Mazda is a nuisance and offers crap service. I will never own a Mazda after dealing with this crap for over 2 years in my DODGE RAM that I purchased used from them. Such a stinky ridiculous facility and company.

So thrilled with Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown. There was no pressure at all simply great customer service from Start to finish. I was purchasing the car as I had recently been in an accident so I was in a position where I HAD to purchase a car not b/​c I wanted to. The team there was understanding and caring. I have already been back as I needed a 2^nd key made and the service team is helpful and efficient. And where you wait is clean, comfortable and didn’t feel like a waiting room at all.
I highly recommend this team. I worked during sales with DJ and he was great.

WHAT AN AMAZEEN EXPERIENCE!!!
Today, my wife and I purchased a pre-​owned Infiniti G37 convertible from Bob Amazeen at Roger Beasley Mazda in Georgetown. I have been looking at the car for a couple of weeks, and test drove it several times. Throughout the process, Bob and his finance partners were pleasant and easy to work with, and there was never the slightest hint of pressure.
They fought to get us the best pricing and financing, and even agreed to send the car to Austin Infiniti to fix a problem with the internal canopy on the retractable hard top.
I am an experienced car buyer, and have several friends in the business. I know all the things to look out for, and I know what a good car buying experience is supposed to look like.
Without any reservation, I can authoritatively recommend Bob Amazeen at Roger Beasley Mazda for your next new or used car buying experience.

The entire staff was great and after shopping for Fords and Chevy’s at two OTHER Austin dealers (FORD South I 35 and FORD research) this was by far much better experience! They were able to get me a great trade and better than expected financing for my purchase– Would highly recommend and will buy here again–

From this point, we test drive the 3 vehicles we wanted. He was knowledgeable about each car! We decided on the vehicle.
From the moment we walked into the sale room, everyone was friendly & happy to be there! (I’ve been to a few that weren’t).

My wife and I stopped by Roger Beasley Mazda Georgetown a few weeks ago to test drive a Mazda6. We received great service from Bob Amazeen and no high pressure when given a car to drive. The salesman stayed at the dealership so we could play with the buttons and try the car out ourselves for ease of use. As far as car buying goes this went very smoothly. When it came to the financing part it could have been better and luckily I had proof of a better interest rate or I would not have gotten the rate I received. As most people know along with haggling for the price you are only halfway done with the dance. Having proof shut the financing issue down and they did match the same interest rate. I dread car buying so I did not have it in me to make them do better.
It will be interesting to see how things go working with the Service department for the free oil changes and other items they cover so I have no input here.
This is our first Mazda and if things go well we will likely get a CX5 in the near future. As car buying goes… overall I was pleased with the process.

Came to test drive a used Mazda3, which was coming in at a really good price. Ended up liking a 2013 Honda Civic with super low miles, like less than 1,500. Terrence was my seller. He was very knowledgable and accommodating. I was still undecided and they let me take the car the next day for an extended test. After driving it to work, lunch, etc. I decided to purchase. At a VERY reasonable price, I might add. My bank had super low financing, so since they couldn’t beat that, I avoided any loan pressures.
(Note: This purchase was in Feb 2014, just now getting to finishing the review)

I went to this location after not being able to get another dealership to budge on their price. I wasn’t able (or rather, I didn’t try) to get Georgetown to lower their price, but their price was already lower than any other dealership (by about $ 1000 and this includes all other Roger Beasleys) which was how I ended up here to begin with. I already knew what I wanted to spend and I was already armed with a VBC (vehicle buyer’s check) with a great interest rate.
I made an appointment with Wally, I came in, test drove the car (barely, but I already knew I wanted it) and told Wally my terms. He said they sounded good and talked to his finance manager. A conversation or 2 later, they got me a better interest rate than my original bank and maybe 3 hours after I had originally walked in, I was walking out to say goodbye to my old 2005 Mazda6, and hello to my 2014 Mazda6.
Wally was helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and had all those other qualities you hope for in a car salesman! :)

Had an appointment for 2 recall items. They indicated they were OVERbooked. I repeat, we MADE AN APPOINTMENT.
Uodate as I type… JUST overheard 2 service employees @ the copier: bitching because someone told a customer (my husband) that recall work would be done in ½ hour but in reality it takes a minimum of 3 hours. Don’t sit & wait people! Request a loaner car & escalate so management is aware of these scheduling & messaging issues.
