At Dr. Sams’ office, we are a family dental practice that is team-​oriented and patient-​focused. We strive to provide a positive dental experience for our patients of all ages. Our facility is equipped with state-​of-​the-​art technology in a home-​like environment. Ultimately our primary goal is to improve the oral health of our community through dental education.

Established in 2003.

Dr. Sams started her dental office from scratch in 2003 after graduating from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. We have been changing lives one smile at a time since then!

Dr. Rebecca Baker-​Sams is a graduate of Leslie County High, Cumberland College, and the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. She started her practice in 2003 after graduating with a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Kentucky Dental Association, and the Bluegrass Dental Society.
