We tried it, since we always drive by on our way into Lexington. Staff was super friendly, food was decent. The rolls have changed, they were not as tasty as I remember. Black bean Burger is filling and had a great amount of avocado on it which we loved. They have some tasty cocktails and nice cold beer. It was clean and well staffed. My only complaint was I was freezing the whole time. I’m more of a local feed fan so this place can now be checked off the we tried it list.

The manager’s at this place are horrible. The service is so horrible the server’s will apologize for the bad service you received. I ordered the 12oz ribeye steak which any waffle house could prepare a better steak than what I received. I’d give this place a 1 star if we didn’t receive free pie on Wednesday.

Happy hour is amazing! I love a good deal and great service. It all comes together here and comes with great food! The happy hour $ 4 appetizer menu is nice and the drink specials are good too. I mean, seriously full sized apps for $ 4. Tonight we had the Tuscan chicken — delicious but next time I’ll order it without the breadcrumb topping. Steak and tenders is where it’s at! Breaded delicious chicken tenders and steak. Totally worth it. UPDATE– 12÷30÷15 Again wonderful experience. From the minute we walked in. Hostess was wonderful but the waitress was AMAZING! Payton is worth her weight in gold. Ask for her section. No joke.

Love the ribs. Love the bread! I wish the staff was a little more attentive, I was there in Friday for lunch and had to wait in a refill and then on butter the waitress was spread too thin!

I had the chance to try O’ Charley’s for the first time last weekend and… … well, it was just the mediocre experience I expected. O’ Charley’s is a typical American food restaurant with a variety of apps, sides, dishes, deserts, and drinks that you will find at other similar restaurants(think: TGIFriday’s, Applebee’s, etc.). During the evening, I ate from the bowl of rolls(yummy), the curly chips(not bad), the pickle chips(YUMM!!!), and my entrée: tilapia with pico de gallo and rice. I was stuffed from the apps by the time I got my actual meal, so I ended up taking the tilapia home for lunch the next day. It was pretty darn delicious, though. My drink for the evening was the Kentucky Mai Tai(Maker’s Mark whiskey with Amaretto, and some other things — who cares, it was good). I kind of adored that it arrived in a mason jar(*swoon*). Total bill for me? Roughly $ 30. Not awful, but eep! Not a meal that I’ll do that often. The fried pickle chips were my favorite. I’d come back here just to eat that for my meal. Drool… Come to think of it, if I don’t come back here, that’s OK. And if I do come back here, that’s OK too. I have no preference either way. This place is just A-OK.

1 hour wait for service then a rude waitress when we decided to leave because she finally brought us drinks as we got up.

Service and food were good. We both tried the $ 9.99 menu, and 5he southern fried chicken with honey was delicious. The green beans were very good, if a bit heavy on the salt. The only complaint I have is the bathroom. Clearly, no one checks this part of the restaurant. This is actually just a short drive from the Masterson Station neighborhood in Lexington. No further than going out to Hamburg or Nicholasville Road.

Arrived late in the evening looking for a place for a good meal, but we just didn’t have time to research local establishments… so with little debate, we decided on O’Charley’s. Service was excellent, and our server Zachary was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was as we expected. One of the best parts of the meal was the small selection of local brews offered — always a plus for me, and not always offered by a chain. Although O’s is a chain, we all know that not all of individual restaurants are identical, but good management has put together a pretty darn good team here in Georgetown.

Been to O’Charley’s several times and food and service has never been bad. Join their E-Club and get coupons and offers very regularly. $ 9.99 menu offers are very good for those that are thrifty. Cajun Steak is very good, but even soup and salad was good for lunch.

This place has great food and a wonderful atmosphere. The service has always been nice. My only problem is the significant wait for your food. I have waited anywhere from 25 to 45 minutes. Other than that, a very nice family restaurant.

Mimosas can’t be served until 1pm sunday due to the law but, O’ Charley’s is my favorite restaurant that is a chain and we don’t have it in AZ. I love the rolls and the Sunday Brunch!

Have been to this chain before near east Kentucky univ. and it is alway good. This one was not. My meal was Tuscan chicken very oily not flavorful at all. Plates were dirty salad had 25% lettuce not edible brown. Server was pleasant however did not question why I didn’t eat my dinner, not concerned about my satisfaction. She knew we were in a bit of a hurry and she kept our card for over 10 min went and got other people food while we waited!

We had a large party of 11, and they quickly got us seated on a Sunday evening in a part of the restaurant that was much quieter. We got our food in good time, and everything was really good, we had one Waitress and she did a great job. No complaints on this visit.

On a recent business trip, my coworker and I decided to check out the newly remolded O’Charley’s for lunch. We both decided to check out their«new» cobb salad. After a couple of bites I was appalled to see a worm like creature in my leafy greens. The manager was nice enough to offer us new salads, however it probably would of came from the same bag/container where this slimy creature was hanging. Proceed with caution. Hair in food happens. I get that. Worm like creatures in food because you didn’t clean your lettuce. I don’t get that.

This is a normal run of the mill American traditional fair type joint. They offer an array of appetizers, light salads, random sides, with a good choice of entries. From burgers and steaks to chicken or fish, you won’t be disappointed with your experience here. They also seat you with a bowl of rolls. I wish I could tell you more about their food options here, but I get one thing every time… Black and Blue Salad. I can’t not order that thing. I will try harder next time to resist. Stay tuned.

I went solo so I ate in the bar/lounge. Upon entering there was the distinct bar smell, an unpleasant blend of spilled drinks and«other». They brought bread. One piece was fresh and tasty, the second one burnt. Tried the potato skins, they were on the crispy side but I liked them enough. While munching appetizer the waitress and manager decided to have a heated argument right behind me. I don’t care how busy you are, take that shit out back. Next I tried the sirloin steak with the bacon cheese mashed potatoes. I had ordered the steak medium but when the waitstaff dropped it on the table they informed me it was a «little on the rare side». So if I ordered it one way and you know it isn’t right why bring it out? There was one bite of descent meat in the 9oz steak, the rest was a bloody chewy mess. I attempted to salvage it with A1 but it was disappointing due to the poor meat quality(I worked in a meat market). The worst thing I had the whole time was the mashed potatoes. They tasted terrible, even with bacon and cheese in em. I don’t know if they were unwashed or just bad produce but it was in edible due to the flavor. I might go back for a beer but I would never order food there again.

I’ve been here several times over the years, and it is usually one of the best of this type of restaurant. This trip was one of the better times. The Prime Rib pasta is just fantastic, and the buffalo chicken fingers were first rate, and uncommonly, the chicken comes with 2 side choices — such as a salad. Service is always good. So why not 5 stars? Last year we ordered Prime Rib(Weekends only) and it was so convolutedly tough that I almost choked on it. I should have sent it back. Otherwise, experiences have been completely satisfactory.
