McDonald’s

Food was obviously McDonalds so it was good but the service was awful and it took 15 minutes to get my food.

Horrible experience here. Stopped for a quick but on our way home and the service time from order to pickup was over 30 minutes. The tables were not clean.

It’s been awhile since my last review. I was kind of hoping my ‘comeback’ review would be of some really cool local spot; but, ahhh, this McDonalds is so annoying that I just needed to share.
I came here on a whim a few weeks ago to get an iced latte (side note: their coffee is the main reason I started going to McDonald’s on occasion again after avoiding the chain for years) and endured an annoying twenty-​minute wait inside. Other patrons were clearly annoyed too.
Today, out of desperation, I came here for an iced latte and light lunch. And what did I find? Another long wait. There’s two people at the register and a bunch of people in the back. The drive-​thru was long, the line to order was long, and the wait for food pick-​up was long. Much longer than anyone should wait for food like this. I DON’T UNDERSTAND.
Oh. Perhaps it’s the employees taking their sweet time to fill orders. Or the fact that they’re constantly messing up and re-​doing things: they gave me a hot coffee after I asked for an iced latte. I wasn’t the only one. Or maybe it’s the people at the registers that ask you the same questions over again after you’ve given a simple order («iced latte, vanilla flavor»). I don’t know. Sigh.
Oh, and my food was bland & cold. The fries were sparse.
I shouldn’t have any expectations from McDonalds but this is just stupid.

Food has been fine, but I will agree with others. This location is slower than most I’ve frequented.

Why are they so slow here? Why is it so hard to get out of this place? I may be addicted to their sweet tea and coffee, but I also must be addicted to slow ass service.
Awful.

Really, really slow service. Sat in the drive-​thru for 15 – 20 minutes. I, along with several other cars, left before every getting our food. Line didn’t move for probably a good 10 minutes while we were there.
