Great service! Electronic record keeping is smooth. Direct deposit of rent receipts a real benefit. Photo documentation of walk-​through and tenant sign-​off on condition is very thorough. Maintenance is handled without a hitch. Initial commission for securing tenant is steep but vacancies cost money so it’s likely worth it. The most important element: communication is always well executed. I Would heartily recommend Mars-​Hill as a very competent rental service to both landlords and tenants.

I enlisted Mars Hill to help me find a home in Georgetown. I was greeted politely, listened to as I explained my situation, my needs were considered and I was only shown houses that would work for me. These people are true professionals.
The realtor Janet really knew her business and didn’t waste our time looking at homes that didn’t meet our particular needs. She even showed us homes from other companies which we appreciated. She worked on a weekend for us and made sure we have all the information and paperwork done right.
