UM… someone needs to tell your service reps not to just open the door and let themselves in… THAT IS CALLED BREAKING AND ENTERING… and could land them shot!
the older white gentleman who showed up at the wrong address at 8:15am this morning just let him self in our home. luckily i was home and quickly confronted him. he seemed unsure, when i asked him who he was looking for, although i was able to ascertain that he was headed towards a neighbor’s home.
i have left a message for a manager to call me back, which i fully expect.

I am going on my 3^rd treatment and they are always so fast, helpful and don’t mind answering questions. My mother also uses them and loves them as well.

We have been with King’s Pest Control for years. Travis is the gentleman who takes care of our home and yard and he is great! Always a good job; never gets lax on any detail of his work. So thankful we found King’s when we needed their service!

My apologies for having slowed down in my Unilocal review production — Why? I’ve been too busy fighting my own version of Starship Troopers in my yard. Battling hordes of giant bugs while I’m armed with giant laser guns as I attempt to save the neighborhood. OK — replace giant bugs with a 4 foot long above-​ground fire ant colony, and replace laser guns with me armed with oven mitts, multiple kettles of hot water, and a rake. (I read on the internet that you can destroy small ant hills by pouring hot water into the ant hill.)
That was me before I called King’s Lawn and Pest. I started to realize that running back and forth between the kitchen to boil more water then gingerly tottering to the back of my yard to pour water and rake the colony just wasn’t getting to the root of a huge problem. Over the course of about 3 days and muddying up a small area of my yard, the battlegrounds started to smell like a barnyard with all the mud I was generating. The fire ants were piling up their dead, but they were burrowing out faster than I could kill them during the nights. I finally threw my rake down on to the ground, threw my hands into the air, despaired at my own destruction of my backyard landscaping, and accepted that I needed professional help. Well, a psychiatrist for myself maybe, but a legit pest control professional to eradicate this fire-​ant universe that bad established itself at the foot of one of my oak trees.
I called King’s and they were able to send someone out in about 2 days after the rains subsided. The rep arrived about 20 minutes early and got straight to work. After about 2 weeks, the lawn treatment made a huge difference. I saw some areas where the fire ants had relocated, but since they have a 60 day warranty, they were able to come out and re-​treat the area at no cost. He showed up 10 minutes early, so again, I was pleasantly surprised. Great customer service and timely show times — much appreciated.
Glad to retire my battle gear of oven mitts, hot water kettles, and a rake!

I used Kings for 3 years, instead of writing a novel to review them i will make it short. Save your money go to Home Depot and buy a can of Raid, you’ll get the same results.

Excellent service. Love the small town/​local feel. Great people. Don’t use the big chain services, use Kings.

King’s Pest comes out quarterly to spray my yard/​home. (I think they use organic stuff). They no longer work on Saturdays but they do work around my schedule (I don’t get home until 5). they usually send out KC, the sweetest guy! Prices are reasonable and if you have bugs after they spray they will come back out.
