1 Weight training (strength training)-To develop muscle tone.
2 Cardio (interval training)-To burn fat and calories.
3 Nutrition-To help you customize a meal plan that works for you.
And most importantly…
4 Accountability. Weekly weigh ins and appointment based work outs.
Get In Shape For Women is affordable, and appointment based, so you get the attention you deserve. Each session will consist of 25 minutes of weight training, 25 minutes of interval training, and nutrition coaching, for a complete balanced fitness program that produces amazing results!
