Stopped in here one afternoon while wandering around Georgetown square. The feature was quilts, which were very interesting to look at. The space is bright, clean and modern. I loved their giant glass doors when you enter! This isn’t the largest space, but for the size they had plenty of items to look at. They also sell other art work in the back section of the space at various price points and I believe they offer art classes and talks as well. Great place to stop in and visit if you are in the area. It was free when we came! They have formal openings for their art on some nights from what I gather. Those might be at a cost… not 100% sure.

I visited here on a whim while perusing the square downtown and enjoyed the impromptu visit. The space is on the small side, but is bright and open with some nice pieces of art. The quilted artwork which was going on during our visit in mid March was unbelievably detailed and labor intensive and was a pretty cool medium that you really don’t see much or at all. The host was very friendly and welcoming and if you’re in town, this place is definitely worth popping into, as it’s free, and changes exhibits every month and a half or so.

This is the newest art venue ion Georgetown and it is great. the building is an old fire station and has been restored to an art center. the art is edgy, fun, creative and will be rotating frequently. they also have studio space for classes and working sessions/lectures. It’s a must see destination in Georgetown
