Kate H. is 100% correct. By the second appt. I told the assistant that I was not feeling well since on the system. She said she would talk to the doctor. That is the last I heard from them. I emailed 4 times and did not get a reply. Sadly I contacted the head office and it was the same… no reply. IT IS A SCAM.

DO NOT go to this woman. She is involved in the Nutrimost program (ultimate fat burning solution) which is advertised on the radio. This is a total scam! They make you pay $ 27 up front for an appointment. The website says if you cancel within 24 hours you get a refund, if not then the fee is forfeited. I cancelled 6 days before my appointment and after call number two to the office, the receptionist is now saying there are no refunds regardless. They answer the phone «Drs office». They don’t even say her name. They are completely incompetent don’t know how to cancel appointments, give refunds, or even place you on hold without hanging up on you. I read up on this place and all it says «scam» all over Internet that’s why I cancelled. So I literally gave this person money for nothing.
