Specialties
We take pride in serving farm-to-table, Southern inspired comfort food. Join us for a unique dining experience in our beautiful, turn of the century, Victorian home.
From savory duck to a mouth-watering pork belly, Eats on 8th offers a unique farm-to-table dining experience that focuses on the flavor. We are proud to offer lunch and dinner menus that are always growing and changing based on the fresh produce we receive from farmers and vendors right here in the hill country. Please come visit us for Brunch Saturdays and Sundays or Happy Hour every day from 3pm — 7pm.
Every meal we prepare is made from scratch in our kitchen. Our ethic and passion for food is what drives us. We spare no expense to ensure every bite you take was as good as the last. Our quality over quantity will be noticed from the crispy texture of our roasted duck breast, the robust flavors in our candied bourbon pork belly, and the crisp texture in all our fresh produce.
We take great pride in our fresh and local ingredients and the levels of our friendly service. So join us for an amazing lunch or dinner or just to borrow a cup of sugar!
*Fri– Sat Bar is open until 11pm
History
Established in 2014.
The story of the Eats on 8th began in 2008 when Pat Mullins met a pair of chefs in the Austin restaurant scene who had a talent for evoking rich flavors from simple ingredients. Fast forward to 2014 and the dream became a reality in Georgetown, Texas (The 4th fastest growing economy in the nation!) with Eats on 8th opening in October.
