Stopped by here to look/shop for an RV. Everything in show room is open, but once you go outside onto lot everything is locked. My husband spoke to the manager behind the counter and asked him why all the campers are locked. He told us we needed to get with a sales person. We didn’t want to be bothered with a high pressure sales person. Manager was rude.

Great Customer service, We are not your typical Rvs — young tattoed gypses. BUT They treated us with respect and gave us the same friendly. We bought our Brand New Lacrosse Luxury Lite and we love it. They took time to explain everything. Additionally, we had a few problems with the Lacrosse and we waited no time and hd it back the same day. I would give this dealership and its Service department A+ WEARE Totally coming back when we up grade to A toy hauler very happy the Redsky Famil

Crestview has a nice building and a good inventory of rvs… their service department however, is an absolute embarassment. Took them over a month and a half to replace a door on my rv… they never bothered to call and let me know it came in. Now the same thing with an awning motor. I always get the service managers default excuse«uh i dont know how long its been here… uh let me see if i have anyone to come put it in and ill call you back». And i never do get called back. Trying to get propane filled? Good luck trying to pull their techs out of their lawn chair… theyre far too busy sitting smoking cigarettes by the bay door to fill a tank… especially when its cold. Piece of advise to Crestview. … fire your lazy, unmotivated, non caring, embarassment of a service manager and hire someone that will actually fix your service department. Im so disappointed and wish id have bought my rv somewhere else
