History

Established in 2001.

I worked for two property management companies performing facilities management, new construction management, and property inspections in vaiours locations for fifteen years. In 2000, I was relocated to Central Kentucky. In 2001, I was asked to relocate yet again to a less than desirable location.

I really like Central Kentucky!

Instead of relocatiing, I established B4 U Close Home Inspections in 2001, serving the Central, Northern & Eastern Kentucky area. In 2004, I added NEHA Certified Radon Testing due to customer demand.

Education & Previous Experience

Graduate of the Midwest Inspectors Institute (MII).

Field Training at the Midwest Inspectors Institute (MII).

Fifteen years of Property Inspection experience along with construction managment and new construction inspections with two nationwide Property Management & Facilities Management Corporations.

Five Years as a Nebraska Certified Law Enforcement Officer

Associates Degree in Business Administration from Nebraska Western College.

Four Years as a Military Police Investigator for the U. S. Army.

Four and a half years as a United States Marine
