Alternatives for Wellness was born out a personal need to find holistic, organic healing tools for friends and family. It has evolved into a passion to see all individuals health, strong, and successful in their own lives.

Mary Ann W.

Business Owner

Mary Ann S. Ward is a native Texan born and raised in Waco, Texas. She has lived in Austin since the early 1980’s and considers Austin to be home. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin as an adult student with three children. Today her sons are successful businessmen in their own right and have given her eight amazing grandchildren.

She is a life long learner, enjoys seeing other success and living health lives. Her career as a medical administrator and software trainer has given her a strong foundation for her current work as a naturopath and massage therapist.
