Nice b&b. Lots of room to spread out and relax in the living room, dining room, sun room, outdoor living room, or front porch.
We had some awesome breakfasts cooked by the caretaker.
White house is neat town and 35 minutes from tahoe.

As I was walking down Genoa Lane during the recent Cowboy Poetry & Music Festival, it was strange to see a «Vacancy Sign» in front of The White House Inn B&B, especially on such a busy weekend. Yet during Candy Dance, the property is full of vendors and a similar sign. Judging by the commercial traffic on this property during that sweet weekend (of which I have directly experienced), maybe the owner is making more money on vendor leases than on this 2 room B&B Business.
The question I asked myself was whether any of those proceeds were donated to support the Community. After all, Candy Dance is a fundraiser to maintain the operations and services that Genoa offers.
