Town and Country Gardens

Well as promised they did resend flowers to us and they are better, but honestly they are not great. These roses are less open then the first ones but still way more open than they should be for being fresh roses.
I will not be using this company again and would not recommend them to anyone

Working with Jamie (Lea Power) was by far the most enjoyable aspect of planning our wedding. My husband, my mom, and I met with two other florists prior to seeing Jamie, and they just did not get us. There were a lot of recommendations made that did not gel with our concept (which, admittedly was in its very early stages of inception), made suggestions for flowers that were not in our budget, or acted superior about our lack of knowledge in floral design.
Jamie is a God sent. If you are planning your wedding in an area that she delivers to, just go see her. She immediately understood the look and feel we wanted to achieve from the flowers incorporated into our wedding, held several online/​phone meetings with us to make sure we understood the process, and made suggestions that literally blew our minds. Also, we really appreciated her flexibility because we live in the city, and got married in Geneva, so it was particularly helpful that Jamie was willing to work with us over the phone.
The flowers that Jamie’s assistants delivered were the most incredible I’ve ever seen, and the arrangements she made for our décor were beyond my wildest expectations. It was such a pleasure to work with her that I’m already devising what occasions we can get her to help us with next.
For the purpose of this being helpful to budget-​tight-​brides-​and-​grooms, Jamie’s prices are very fair for her services and the quality of her products. She does not, at this time, require an event minimum, which is not very common anymore. Give her your concept or outline of what you would like to see/​your budget needs and she will bring it to life!

I rarely write reviews, but when you get the kind of service we got from Sabrina and Town and Country Gardens, you would be a terrible person if you didn’t. My daughter’s wedding was last weekend. We wandered into TCG back in November or December just to see what it was like, as they are a preferred vendor at the venue where we held the reception. After spending more than an hour with Sabrina, we knew we didn’t need to look any further. She was incredibly friendly, accommodating, knowledgable, and almost as excited as my daughter was about the upcoming wedding. On the day of, the flowers showed up on time and even more beautiful than we had anticipated. Sabrina worked with us all the way… made some suggestions that actually saved us money… and was willing to work with our ideas even when it meant more work for her. We can’t recommend them highly enough, and everyone you talk to who has dealt with them says the same thing. Thank you so much TCG and Sabrina!!!

Sabrina and the team at Town and Country made all our dreams come true for our wedding in June. From the moment we sat down to start the planning I felt comfortable and excited about working with her. I showed her a few pictures and some general ideas and she was such a good listener through it all. When the day came, the flowers and décor were exactly what I hoped for and even so much more! The price was amazing for the level of personalized service and quality of the product we feel we received. I would highly recommend Sabrina and Town and Country Gardens!

My co-​workers and I recently used Town & Country Gardens for a sympathy arrangement for a wake/​funeral service. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful — simple, classic and stunning. It was even larger than we expected. Many people remarked on how beautiful it was. A wake/​funeral is about the person not the flowers but the flowers are an important touch as they quietly convey compassion and sympathy and the T&CG arrangement did just that.

Very disappointed with my order this time around. I have ordered from Town & Country Gardens in the past, but this time they could not find my information in their system so we had to re-​enter everything. Not a big deal I suppose, but a slight inconvenience…
I asked for flowers to be delivered between 8 AM and 10 AM the day before Valentine’s Day, but the driver did not show so I called T&CG at ~ 3pm and asked them to call my cell once they made contact with the driver.
After making contact with the driver they called my home number and ruined the surprise for my wife and daughter and then the driver didn’t show up until 4:55 PM.
In addition to those issues, all of the roses withered and died two days after getting the flowers. I could have spent ¹⁄₃ of the money and bought flowers at Fresh Market…

All I have to say is AMAZING! When referred to T&C by a friend I ran with it and never looked back. Believe me when I say I did a ton of wedding florist research and T&C topped the charts in all categories. The whole process from start to finish was simple easy and hassle free. Jamie was my floral consultant. She was sweet, helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Jamie was flexible and quick with phone and email communications. We started by discussing my vision for the wedding and flowers, what flowers I loved, what flowers I did not like, what type of bouquets and styles of table arrangements. Jamie took my vision and made it a reality. Everything was so gorgeous. All the flowers were bright, fresh and beautiful. Some of the flowers that other florists told me would not fit my budget, Jamie was able to include and stay within my budget. The delivery was on time and the florist who came the day of the wedding did a perfect job and helped with flower set up!
Overall, great service, great price, and made my wedding the most beautiful day of my life! Cannot go wrong!

I was inspired by the positive reviews on Unilocal to use Town and Country Gardens, Inc. for my vow renewal/​wedding in July. The flowers themselves were beautiful, and exactly what I was looking for. My bouquet was the perfect blend of rustic elegance, and the corsages I ordered for my mother, grandmother and stepdaughters were lovely. I actually realized the night before our ceremony that I had forgotten to order said corsages, so I phoned and left an urgent message at about 10 p.m. The next morning, a very pleasant man phoned me back and said he would get right on them, and he did. They looked lovely, and I was very impressed with the customer service I received from him.
I didn’t receive quite the same treatment from the woman who took my initial order, for the bouquet and rose petals. Perhaps she was annoyed with my matron of honor and I, as we were laughing and having a good time as we talked about the plans for the wedding. Or perhaps we just caught her on a bad day. Either way, when we left the shop, we both looked at each other and said we were surprised by her briskness.
I was also a bit surprised by the cost, but I suppose that was simply ignorance on my part, as I do not order flowers often.

When I first walked in I thought the shop itself was very pretty and inviting I was ordering flowers for a special event and needed them for pick up on a Saturday.
When I walked in a nice woman greeted me and I explained to her what I was looking for. I told her what the occasion was for and she made some recommendations which I loved… they have beautiful flowers not your run of the mill varieties there orchids in many colors and varieties, roses, callas… just beautiful quality as well she also stayed in a nice range cost-​wise… So I ordered my flowers paid asked when they would be open on Saturday and went about my day.
They close at 500 on a Saturday so I decided to go pick them up a little after 430 on my way to the event. Well to my surprise the shop was closed! Of course I was panicked because I was going flower less/​gift less. Considering I couldn’t do anything about it I went to the grocery store and picked up some adequate flowers. I called the next business day that they were opened and spoke to Anton on the phone… he was so very kind and apologetic… very apologetic which I absolutely appreciated. He offered me a full refund on the flowers without me really even asking and he apologized again and said he would speak to the person who decided to close early and assured me that this is not how they do business.
When I walked into the shop to get the flowers Anton already had the return already done and ready to go… the woman who I ordered the flowers from apologized to me as well and offered me the flowers that they had made… they were STUNNINGLY beautiful she stated she added a few extra flowers as well… did I mention the arrangement and the flowers were beautiful?!
Even with all that happened I will be coming back to this wonderfully inviting flower shop. Anyone who has this kind of customer service and treats a customer so well and immediately acknowledges and issue and makes it as right as they can deserves the public’s business.
