I decided to have my makeup done for my fall family portraits today. Kadi was very professional and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend Kadi to anyone that wants to get their makeup done for wedding, special occasion, or just because. I can’t not say enough good things about my visit today with Kadi, she was simply amazing.

The people were nice and service was quick. But that’s where the good ended.
I went for an eyebrow wax and they did not do a good job. One eyebrow was waxed a considerable amount more than the other. Good thing I have thick eyebrows and was able to sort of cover up the lack of eyebrow on the one over waxed eye.
Also usually after a wax, they are supposed to trim the eyebrow and tweeze any leftover brows. They did not do this. I felt like they tried to do the job as quickly as possible and didn’t take their time. At least that’s what I hope it was, because if this is a regular way of waxing, then I would not recommend going to this place.

My mom decided last minute to have her hair and makeup done for my nephew, her grandson’s wedding. We called Studio Salon the morning if the wedding and they got her in. They did a FABULOUS job in both her hair and makeup! They didn’t make her look old or overdone (she is a young 72). Her hair was stylish and her makeup perfect. We could not have asked for anything better. Would highly recommend.

I visited studio salon and spa for a mani, pedi, massage and eyebrow wax. I thought that the mani and pedi were great at the time, with the massage being pretty terrible. But now it’s 10 days later and I am suffering from a painful infection on my big toe. I know it is from my pedicure — my toe started hurting a couple days after. I thought it was odd to have that happen right after a pedi, but I am used to frequent ingrown toenails so I brushed it off. Except today it is absolutely throbbing and red, and not, I discovered, an ingrown toenail. The side of my toenail is completely swollen, red, and clearly infected. Now I get to pay to go to the doctor… Thanks studio salon. I will never be coming there again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know how unsanitary your pedicures (and god knows what else) are.

I got married at belhurst castle and decided to use this salon when Isabella’s told me they required a contract to do my bridal parties hair. This was the best decision I made. Everyone at the salon was so friendly and they did 9 people’s hair and make up in 2 hours. All the girls loved there hair and the make up was natural looking. I have never liked my hair professionally done but joe did an amazing job and was hilarious. My make up and hair lasted throughout the whole night. I highly recommend this salon for ther service, quality and with amazing prices!!!

My sister got married in Geneva this weekend and I chose studio salon and spa for our hair, makeup, manicures, and pedicures. They also have a massage therapist there although we did not use her.
Everyone there was phenomenally nice. They were knowledgeable and professional. They did our hair and makeup perfectly, asking what we liked, didn’t like, how we normally did makeup, etc. What I really appreciated was my hair stylist asking if I was self-​conscious about anything before beginning. As it happens, I think I look like dumbo with my hair pulled back super straight. She understood perfectly and made sure that my hair had some volume on each side to minimize my ears. (PS this is an AVEDA salon, so they have really been put through the test!)
Their team did 9 ladies hair (from ½ inch long to 18 inches long, SUPER thick hair, and very thin hair) and 9 ladies makeup (from ages 21 – 83) and had us out EARLY if you can believe it! I think it took 2 – 2 ½ hours total. (they had at least 5 – 6 people working on us all morning)
The only reason I’m deducting a star is because they only had 2 pedicure stations (the day before we had 10 ladies looking for mani-​pedis). We had been told that there would be 3 pedicures at a time, while in reality there was only one person able to do the pedicures for the first hour and a half (total: only 2 completed pedicures). After that a second person became available (the third did manicures straight through) and the speed picked up considerably (we were all out of there in 4 hours).
All in all I would recommend it to anyone having a wedding in the area with the understanding that Geneva is very small and it would be impossible to have more than 2 people in your party to have a pedicure all at once.
(as a matter of interested, I only know how much the pedicures were: $ 35 each plus tip — tell them the amount you want to tip on the credit card BEFORE she rings it up or you’ll need cash!)
