We got balloons here for a baby shower. The staff was incredibly helpful in selecting our design and consulting on the best type of balloon. We pre-ordered for pickup the following morning and they were ready as scheduled. It took less than five minutes to pick them up and be on our way.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Employees acted as if our shopping there for balloons was a complete inconvenience for them! Offered absolutely no assistance bringing 24 balloons to my car! Informed me after check-out that I could not get bags to carry the balloons out with unless I paid for them! Very, very, rude and unprofessional! Will not get my business ever again!

The employees here are rude. I asked an employee named Miles if they had a certain item and before I could show him what I needed he said no! Didn’t look or care to help. He was very arrogant and condescending and should not work in customer service. Poor people skills.

I wanted to order 2 dozen balloons for a party that begins at 10:30 am on a Sunday. They open at 10 and the party is down the street so it wouldn’t take me that long to get the balloons and still make it to the party… however…they told me that my order wouldn’t be ready until 10:30 am ATTHEEARLIEST! I am not going to miss my child’s birthday because you all cant get it together and have these ready. I’m taking our business else where FOREVERYTHING from now on. This isnt the first time I have had an issue with this location. Very rude people that work there and aren’t willing to help ATALL! 3−15−16UPDATE: For the MORON Desiree that sent me a nasty message just a bit ago regarding this post… it is MYRIGHT to post my review on how I feel about the service I received. Its Unilocal sweetheart.

If you want to be treated like a criminal and be given zero respect as a customer, then by all means shop here. When I handed over a $ 20 bill to pay for my purchase, I was surprised when the teenage checkout girl held it up to the light and then started scrawling all over it with a marker. She then summoned her manager and while we waited for him to appear she barely acknowledged my existence. The very self-important and extremely rude manager(Tim?) finally showed up, refused to look me in the eye, and said he wouldn’t accept it. Huh? It came from a bank ATM. Banks aren’t normally known for passing counterfeit bills. And if this store has to scrutinize a $ 20 bill, then one has to wonder about their usual revenue stream and how long they’ll be remaining open. I’m a 59-year-old woman who has never been suspected of criminal activity. Absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE: Took $ 20 bill to bank; it was legit … an older bill that the counterfeit detector pens don’t work on. Mr. Manager and Ms. Clueless Checkout, you might want to actually learn how to use such tools before treating your customers so rudely and inappropriately. And when using this type of pen, making a simple, small X mark suffices. Scrawling all over the bill is unnecessary. Way to go. Your incompetence is exceeded only by your ignorance.
