I recently took a credit card holder there for repair. They made no effort to make it look good, just stitched across the top in a thread color that didn’t match and looked like it was done with no regard to what it looked like. Looked like it had been done by someone that didn’t care at all.
I would never go there again and certainly wouldn’t take shoes or a purse there.

I had my pair of wing tips (classics!!) re-​soled twice over the last several years and no issues. I’m pleased with the work they do.
This is a small shop and there’s nothing fancy but they do a solid job and really, that’s all I’m asking for.

I have brought shoes to this repair shop for years and all their work has been top quality. Most recently, I brought in a pair of high-​heeled boots which need a replacement heel. The lady checking me in explained that they would fix it and fill the hollow heel for both left and right boots so that I wouldn’t need to return immediately to have the same problem fixed with the opposite boot. When I returned to pick up my boots, I neglected to note the store hours and arrived 10 minutes after closing time. The gentlemen were just leaving but cheerfully let me to pick up my boots. I so appreciate the consistently good work and pleasant service provided by the folks working at Geneva Shoe Repair.

They completely ruined my shoes. So pissed. Brought in a pair of very expensive Chanel flats that needed the bottom glued, and they took the liberty of «fixing» the heel which I didn’t ask for. They sewed of huge pieces of different colored leather to the inside AND OUTSIDE. Completely ruined my shoes. Will never go there again.

My normal shoe repair placed closed and I was off to look for a new place… I helped and was near the location. I called before I went in to make sure that they re still in business and a very nice and kind gentleman answered the phone and answered a few quick questions.
When I came in the young man greeted me with a smile and I asked if he could fix the heels (the tips) in about one day… he said no problem and I left with the ticket and when I came back they were done beautifully and I was off wearing one of my favourite pairs of shoes :)
The only issue I have which is not really the shoe repairs fault is that it is right next to a dance studio place so the parking lot is packed and hard to get out of and also I was treated very rudely while trying to get out of the parking lot by several ‘dance moms’ so go perhaps during off hours.

From polishing my motorcycle boots at the end of a season to repairing my leather motorcycle gloves, always had a great experience with this business. I haven’t had any shoes repaired, but it is where I’ll go when those boots need new soles.
