Storytelling on the Steps Festival

History

Established in 2012.

Storytelling on the Steps Festival is to be an old-​fashioned storytelling event featuring «local» tales, Jack Tales, and Grandfather Tales, amongst others, to be told by ETSU’s storytelling department and if fiscally possible, there will also be other storytellers present to indulge us with their «tales» throughout the afternoon and evening. There will also be local musicians present to intermittently treat us to some authentic traditional mountain music. Local vendors will be present to provide good food, drinks and a wide assortment of local arts and crafts.
