Specialties
Chef Jack’s menu creations are fusions of many cooking styles representative of his experience in a wide range of culinary environments. Our New American «Casual Fine» Dining puts an «Americanized» twist on the traditional Bistro-style restaurant, offering up a fine dining quality meal at a casual dining price and brings American Regional flavors not found in many other concepts in the area. Whether you’re in the mood for our Asian Orange Glazed Seared Ahi Tuna or our nearly famous Pittsburgher, craft beer, fine wine, or sweet tea, The Round Bistro has something for you. Oh, and yes, we are very kid friendly too!
History
Established in 2012.
The Round Bistro and its menu will continue to evolve and include items reflecting that of the regions of America and the spirit of it cuisine. Each month The Round Bistro will feature a region of the United States. We hope that you’ll take the culinary tour with us and discover, just as our employees, who help contribute to Chef Jack’s creations, the culinary identities of these regions and the vast array of flavors the different parts of our nation has to offer. These «specials» will hold close to the authentic cooking styles and ingredients of the region so as to best represent the actual flavor profile of the original dishes as well as inspired original dishes using ingredients to create a unique experience for you, the diner. We look forward to you enjoying each item on our menu as much as Chef Jack and his team enjoyed creating them. Thank you for visiting The Round Bistro and we hope you will visit often.
