Decided to use Allen Tate to sell my home and it was a decision that I truly regret. Problems from the moment that the agent took on the listing. Went on vacation and the way we found out was by receiving and out of office reply to an email. Promises were made and not kept. All this agency cares about is getting the commission and nothing else. Do not use this agency! I am filing a complaint with the real estate commission and have also contacted corporate office to put in a complaint. If I could rate this agency a zero I would. Beware
