This review has nothing to do with inside of personal best facilities. However, it speaks volumes for the staff here. My car battery died while I was on the street perpendicular to personal best, right by their driveway. Three amazingly kind strangers helped me to move my car so it wasn’t in the main intersection, and helped me to park it by one of the entrances of personal best. This happened during the polar vortex, and I called a tow and they said it would be over an hour. So I’m sitting in my dead car waiting for the tow truck in freezing temperatures and someone who works here has the audacity to come out and yell at me, demanding me to move my car because I’m disrupting their business. I hope to share this with anybody who considers this place, because they don’t actually care about people-they only care about their money, clearly.
