We are a small business with a LARGE passion for animals! We provide affordable web and graphic design services that also benefit local animal shelters. 5% of all proceeds are donated to the SPCA or an animal shelter of our customer’s choosing.
History
Established in 2014.
The name Par-Mar comes from our dog Marley. We adopted her from the SPCA when she was a little over 3 months old. In her 3 months of living she had almost died twice from parvo and she was the only one out of 13 puppies to survive the disease. While recovering from parvo the first time she somehow managed to catch it again. By all accounts the dog really shouldn’t have been alive after the first round, and then to survive it a second time is truly insane/miraculous and shows how tough and stubborn this dog is. When we brought her home I was trying to figure out a nickname for her and par mar popped into my head. The «Par» being short for parvo and «Mar» being short for Marley.
Torrie & Jeff have both been in the computer industry in one form or another for over 10 years.
