Inconsistent service; sat at the drive in order screen forever with no response and then pulled up to the window to see if there was anyone there, which there was. Loraine herself was standing there talking to whom I presume was one of the managers who saw me but proceeded to ignore me and then walk away. Not only that but the employee who was making coffee saw me and continued to ignore me. Once we got there attention it took ages to receive our order. Not the first time this has happened but it may very well be the last time we experience it.

I feel like I needed to post this… i am a frequent customer to this great Venue, I seen Lorraine and Steve stand behind all local citizens weather it’s Illness, Cancer, MS, many different non profit events they support! In lost my dad years ago and Rhonda Vincent surprisingly did a Benefit for my family years ago. Steve Dilling and the whole staff out Passionate but like to have fun ! Come on the Song of the Mtn Cruise and you want regret it !!!

Our favorite hangout!
We moved here from AZ and discovered Loraine’s on the first day.
Matt quickly learned our names and drinks and his barista sixth sense gives him the ability to have them ready almost before we get to the counter.
Carmen perfected my chi latte to give an example of their great skills and customer service.
These two baristas always make our day!
There are several additional baristas, Bryce, Veronica, Robert and Mason who are also wonderful staff.
If you want a great drink and a friendly smile, this is your place!

I’ve only here during the day for coffee a few times. Friendly staff. Brew is mediocre at best. I found out from a staff person that it’s not locally roasted, but instead distributed by Coca-​Cola. Its very bright with fluorescent lighting but no natural light, so though two couches are comfortable, it’s by no means warm and cozy here. Perhaps this atmosphere is better at night. Its not a coffee shop I would go out of my way to get to… Not in an area with numerous coffee shops selling locally roasted beans.

Quaint little coffee shop and very spacious inside very warm and inviting would definitely return absolutely like this place. they even made my hot chocolate with skim milk tasted very yummy. They even make the hot chocolate with almond milk or soy milk options.

This is such a great place for coffee. I have been by a few times and love the free wifi and super friendly staff. I always ordered regular coffee or iced coffee with sugar free syrups. They have quite the selection of drinks and specialty drinks. The quality of their coffee, food and syrups is also very good. They have an offering of sandwiches, bagels and pastries. They aren’t made in house but brought in fresh daily. I haven’t been to any of their live music but apparently they attract quite the crowd. Nice spot for Garner to have.

This is the third time I have been to this coffee shop. I was interested to see what it would be like when they were building/​opening since I think this spot used to be a compound pharmacy. What a transformation! It is really a great spot to grab a coffee or treat. They have a drive thru window and lots of indoor seating too, including couches. They have frequent buyer punch cards, too.
The most unique thing about this coffee shop is that it apparently transforms into a quaint little concert venue at night, stage and all. They always have concert dates listed in the shop and on the website. Hope to bring my husband out here for some music one night and check it out.
I am so happy that Garner has a unique spot like this!
