Business Owner
John T. Orcutt was born on 09/04/1950 in Poughkeepsie New York. He attended the University of Rochester and graduated in 1972 with a degree in Physics. He then attended Albany Law School and graduated in 1975 with his Juris Doctor degree. He briefly worked in the State of New York but later moved to Raleigh North Carolina where he began his own law 1985.
