I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about. I have never had anything but superior service. In fact they just called and said that with my recent change in vehicles they had found a way to rewrite my policy and save me money… Does it get better than that?

This particular Agency is great! The current staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and willing to help even after the business has closed for the day. I highly suggest going to David Hunter’s Agency for your insurance purposes!

If you are new to the Raleigh area, this State Farm agent is not the one for you. Don’t expect the friendly service you are accustomed to from your old agent. They aren’t interested in helping you unless you are their client and don’t seem to honor any reciprocity with other agents regarding Notary Services required for State Farm paperwork. Go to Matt Davis instead.

I agree with the previous reviewer. This is not a good friendly place. Can you imagine if they are rude to you after a traumatic accident too? They must not be looking for new business if that is how they treat possible customers.
