They came to fix my oven without the part that the system said it needed and said that it was on back order. I had arranged to work from home for no reason. When I called and spoke with Ryan he was very condescending and rude. The issue here is really lack and communication or courtesy. After the repair person left I had no time frame for when or even if they would be able to get the part and then to have to call the office twice only to met with an attitude is unacceptable. Needless to say another company is doing the repair.

I don’t think Convenient Appliance is all that «Convenient» when they take 7 times to come out and fix a dishwasher which still hasn’t been fixed. I drew the line when the last technician couldn’t figure out how to remove the dishwasher that they were to take «evaluation». He said there was no hot water water shutoff valve to the dishwasher so he couldn’t take it. But there was and if he looked close enough, he would have noticed that the same shut off valve type was on the sink. So instead they put an additional part in ($) which was sure to solve the problem. It didn’t and I gave up. When I talked to Kitchen Aid about the issue, they suggested that I go with another repair company. In the end, I chose to replace the dishwasher with a brand new one. When it was installed, 4 ball bearings were found in the drain line. That explains why the old dishwasher was so noisy after they were last out. I can only assume this was from when their tried the last «experiment» on what the issue was. Thanks Convenient Appliance for nothing…

Brandon just finished the repair of my freezer. Always makes me nervous because you never know who you will get. He was a pro. Properly diagnosed the problem, fixed it quickly (had needed parts with him) cleaned up after himself and the price was fair. I recommend and would use CAS Inc. again.

Can’t say enough great things about this company! Ryan and Mark were without a doubt the nicest, most accommodating people I’ve ever dealt with. After dealing with 3 other national appliance repair companies, I know I will NEVER use anyone else. My microwave was fixed in less than 15 minutes. The serviceman wore booties into my home; placed a blanket on the floor for his tools and even wiped down the unit to remove any fingerprints or dirt. Outstanding service! Bravo CAS!!!

I was directed to Convenient Appliance Service by Whirlpool Corp. due to a washing machine issue, where Mark was eager to make things right and get us back up and running again as soon as possible. From the very beginning they were quite professional, even patient and flexible working with me on scheduling the repair. Their highly involved repair was solid, quality workmanship, with which I am highly pleased.
I have found myself a new appliance repair source, and I highly recommend them to everyone.

This company is so hot & cold and is poorly managed – just look at the reviews… I have had several great experiences troubleshooting over the phone with Ryan and picking up parts to fix the appliance myself but there was so much mis-​communication with scheduling and coordinating a service call that I will not be using them again. Having a partially operating fridge for a week was frustrating and then compounded by delays because of mis-​communication. I was patient through all this but when when an employee offered to not charge for something and then having the manager call me back and state that the employee should have never offered and that he was going to charge my card, was the final straw for me.

What can I say, they suck! They’re expensive and I think the guy who came out had been drinking. And he kept talking about his gun collection! Plus the dryer broke again after three days. Called another company and they said I had a blocked dryer vent.
Wouldn’t use again.

Top rate professionals-​excellent prices! I had issues with two appliances, I was told they would just charge one trip/​labor charge per visit, regardless of the number of appliances involved! Wow! I also had the ability to get some parts cheaper than they could (only because Kitchen-​Aid is a vendor for my husband’s employer and they have a serious employee discount program-​not because CAS was overcharging!!) and they had no problem with me getting the parts myself. On that note, one of the parts I ordered came in damaged, well it was no problem, they said they’d go ahead and exchange my damaged one so that I didn’t have to go through the process of shipping back/​waiting for the replacement etc. (I’m guessing they have a more efficient system.) Brandon the repair tech was friendly, polite and professional! He called before the appointment to let me know he was en route, he did the job in a timely manner, was careful of the surrounding area, and cleaned up when he was finished. Lastly, I called another authorized Kitchen-​Aid appliance service in the area before calling CAS, they estimated over the phone a cost of nearly THREE times what CAS charged for the whole deal for just the trip charge and estimated labor involved!

I have to be a fan of a company that comes when they say they will, does the job correctly and doesn’t jerk me around — even if the bill made me see stars.
I called CAS on a Monday or Tuesday when our washing machine fell ill. I explained our problem over the phone (machine would fill with water, wouldn’t agitate or drain, and left our clothes going for a swim) and the man I spoke with was «99% sure» of what the issue was. I was able to secure a Saturday AM appointment that same week.
The morning of, Brandon called 15 min before his arrival and had our dead lid-​switch replaced in under an hour. The part itself was inexpensive, but as with most appliance repairs, the labor and travel bit us. I don’t think CAS overcharged us; that’s just how things go. All in all, I was glad to pay just so I could have clean clothes again.
I’d definitely recommend.
