Clegg’s Termite & Pest Control

Very unhappy with this company. Every time I asked the exterminator to spray under the house, he always acted like it was a huge hassle, and I was always skeptical that he actually did it, since I kept finding bugs in my house. One day when he came, I asked him to spray under there, and he came back after and gave me a very pressured sales pitch about some things that he felt we needed under our house, which confirmed my suspicions he was not spraying — just as I thought. I also called to have them spray between service times and they said there was no additional charge, while there was no charge, they ended up skipping the next scheduled spray. After our 1 year contract was finished we promptly cancelled. If you chose this company, you will need to watch exactly what they do when they come out. I felt like our guy was just trying to get done as fast as possible, for the money, it was not worth it, at all.

This pest control service is usually pretty reliable as far as bug spraying goes. They come back if needed – like if ants start coming around too soon or whatever.
The only issue (unresolved) that I have with them is their lack of following up.
One of the guys came in to check for termites and pulled off tons of insulation from under our house. He never replaced it. We had to pay someone $ 50 to come in and replace the insulation when Cleggs should have been the ones footing the bill or at least doing it themselves. I called a few times but to no avail until months later the owner or manager called me back.
By then the problem was taken care of. He asked for receipt but I did not have a receipt and I guess he didn’t trust that I paid $ 50 for the reinstalling of the insulation.
