My 2015 trailer that was purchased elsewhere was just serviced by these folks who worked hard with my warranty and stayed in constant contact the 3 weeks they had it. They have a skilled welder on staff and were able to make a repair that is better than new with extra steel and support and I now feel safe to travel. They got it done just in time for my trip across the U. S with my wife and 2 kids. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for service

This review is temporarily withdrawn pending resolution of a issue. After speaking with the sales manager, Kelly White he took us in immediately. I will update on Friday after I receive my 5th wheel back.

This place is a great store to go to if you need camper parts. However, there is a couple things… I bought my camper for 4000.00 less at rv outlet in va. I told the sales guy and he said enjoy the drive. It was a 2015 keystone passport. Like i said camper parts, they have what you need. I just cant figure out what the girl does in the chair next to the door except look at her phone and talk with other associates. Of all the times i have been there she, they, whomever is there never greets you. Its just a awkward person you have to walk by while going into the store. If i owned this store every person walking in i would have them greet. In the beginning it used to make me want to walk out of the store but now i just expect it. As far as service, it took 6 weeks for my hot water tank to change the thermocoupler through warranty. I know they are busy but that was with an appointment.

HORRIBLESERVICE in the service department! After dropping off our RV for an inspection and a few minor repairs, we had to call repeatedly to see if it was finished. Each time, the rep would say«It’ll be done in a few days.» Weeks and weeks went by. Eventually, I needed an important item from our camper so I stopped by to see if I could get it. They had LOSTTRACK of our camper. They sent me out in the rain to search their huge lot. Then they had me drive to their other lot several miles away. After extensive searching for over an hour, they finally found our camper. About a week later, our camper repairs were finally done. The cost and extent of work«needed» was MUCH greater than we had originally discussed. When we went to pick up the camper, we waited for over 45 minutes, only to be told that they had LOSTOURKEYS. They said they would drive the camper to our home. What a disorganized mess. We are still waiting for it as I write this.

Warning, please beware of the service department. I purchased a trailer from CW and had several items serviced. The service department seemed disorganized as evidenced in their lack of communication with the status of the service progress, seemingly only progressed with service when I called them to remind them that they had my trailer, and continued to break items each time I brought it in for service. I brought my trailer in to replace tires and they broke my axil in the process. When replacing my axil, they failed to tighten the bolts and reconnect my breaks. After bringing it in twice to complian, they assured me that nothing was wrong but they could replace the breaks. To make things worse, they filled the tires up to 100 psi, ruining my tires. I brought my trailer to a third party and they resolved all the items that CW failed to resolve. Not only is it a bad idea to bring your rig to CW, you may find yourself and other lives in danger. STAYAWAY from Camping World.

Camping World is very over priced and has gotten so big that there is no personal service. If you happen to stop by in the hour before closing they are locking everything up and you have to go find someone to help you. Buyer beware on the price, you can probably find it somewhere else cheaper. Check the model online you will be surprised at how much you can save if you are willing to drive to pick one up elsewhere.
