Alex used to work at a large commercial repair facility that had high prices. He always did the best he could to save me money and was always very honest with me. Now he had his own place. It offers affordable prices, an honest owner that will NEVER try to get over own you, an owner that is extremely knowledgeable, and wonderful customer service! They also have that same 34 point inspection (I think it’s 34! Lol) that larger operations like Midas and meinecke has. That facility is clean. Also has wifi, Netflix… and popcorn!

I went in on a Monday trying to figure out exactly why my check engine light was on mind you I had absolutely no idea about cars, I was super TERRIFIED because I had heard all of the horror stories about mechanics overcharging people for things that didn’t need to be done and switching out perfectly good parts for bad parts that way people could come back faster, But that did not happen! Alex was fantastic and his son AJ was amazing they were both great at keeping me informed about what was going on and not only did I to figure out why my check engine light was on, but I got a well written out plan of the things that I would be needing upon my 120,000 mile mark. I felt so super comfortable at the establishment and I’m telling you I will definitely be taking my car to this place from now on. I’m seriously going no where else! To all of the ladies and the men out there who are not very car Savvy, like myself, go to Tire Tune and Break Masters (which used to be Phillips auto) in Garland off of Kingsley and Jupiter Road I swear to you they will be upfront with you they will be honest with you and your car is safe with them. –Candi

This place is not new but they know cars. I brought my car to a place in Richardson and they told me I had a transmission problem and I would have to replace it for $ 2300. With advice from a friend, I decided to take another opinion at Philips. He told me it was a transmission sensor that would cost $ 250 to fix. AWESOME!!!
