I’m giving this review 2 stars simply for cost purposes. You can get a manicure and pedicure for $ 25. However my biggest concern with this establishment is the lack of customer service and communication. When I walked through the door of this salon I noticed both employees were asleep. One employee jumped up from the lobby sofa and the other jumped out of the eyebrow waxing table. They had no sense of urgency and did not greet me when I walked in. They are both extremely tired and I got my manicure and pedicure done in less than 30 minutes. I had to put my shoes on myself and grab my own bag with wet fingernails. I happened to drive by here and give it a shot but I will never return to the salon. I’d rather pay more to feel valued and be somewhat pampered when I get my nails done.

Not a spa but they do a fantastic job. Friendly customer service, I got tired of going to over the top spas that never did a good job. Great quality pedicure, dont let the young pedi techs fool you I’ve seen all of their work, all very good. If you are in the area and dont want to over pay, check them out.

I had a Mani/pedi done last weekend. Randomly found this place when driving by. Price was right at $ 25 with spa pedi so it was worth a shot. Was a greeted by an older Vietnamese lady and was started not long after. I had two young ladies(related to the older lady, I think) doing the mani/pedi at the same time. They were very curt the whole time, no greeting or friendly conversation. I didn’t mind that so much, but what really irked me was the quality of the polish job(especially on the fingernails). The polish wasn’t evenly applied to a couple of fingers, and when I asked to have it evened out she added on a couple more layers making it really thick. The toenails looked okay at the time, but the next day both my finger and toenail polish looked uneven and several days old and I didn’t do anything out of the ordinary. I’ve had mani/pedis done before I would travel on a plane 17 hours, go to a sandy beach and still have beautiful fresh-looking nails so I know the difference. I was already getting irked but what topped it off was once I was finished I had to ask where to go to dry off, and they didn’t even help me carry my bag or shoes. But at the end when it came time to pay was when they actually became friendly. One of the young ladies complimented me on the my choice of nail color and offered to take my money out for me. You think I’m that stupid? It’s amateur hour here. I can deal with the crappy service(no tip!), but when the quality of the work is crap then it’s a no go!
