Soprano’s Pizza & Subs

Nothing spectacular, but consistent quality. I usually walk in and order take out. They get it ready fast and it tastes very good. My comment is about the pizza only… have not tried the other items on the menu. The employees are friendly and seem to care about the customers. Will continue to come here.

I don’t leave many Unilocal reviews but I’m disappointed. we are new to the area. 1^st time ordering food from here. Order took over an hour to get to us (we were told it would be here within 45 minutes at the most). When we got our pizza & pasta, the delivery guy actually told us that our food would be cold because he had too many deliveries to do. Sure enough, stone cold pizza… pasta was warm but it all tasted cold & sub par. I called the restaurant to tell them I wasn’t happy paying 30+ dollars for cold food. I was told the manager would call me back to take care of the situation… I never got a call. Guess customer retention isn’t important to them.

In my opinion this is a hit or miss kinda place somedays the food is amazing and there are other days where I actually threw away the whole plate after one bite… Also probably the worst customer service I’ve seen in any restaurant… Never had a bad encounter with the owner myself but one day I was waiting on my order when the store phone rings and I guess someone was complaining and the owner starts talking to the customer and this guy is just straight up rude and dropping f bombs all over the place… Guy needs to learn how to deal with his customers a lot better, robs himself of a lot of money with the horrible customer service.

So today, I called to get an order delivered for my birthday and the hostess on the phone repeats thr order back just as asked. Before hanging up I asked her to please not forget the add on of extra fries and marinara sauce because it seems as though every time they deliver they forget something and the delivery guys has to come back. Well, needless to say the order was wrong g and I called to let them know. The young lady on the phone proceed to tell me that it’s my fault bc she didnt hear about the extra fries and the marinara sauce and hung up in my face. So, unprofessional! I called back and stated that I was sure if she was the person who hung up in my face but that I wanted to talk to the manager or owner bc I order from their facility quite frequently! She tells me that they don’t have one and hangs up again. I live less than five minutes from this place, so I made it my business to drive up their to speak with someone in person. The young lady at the counter calls the owner and explains to him my situation and he tells her that he is not going to come and speak with me about a French fry order. Side bar… I absolutely love their food, however, with employees like the ones in this location I will never order from here again and I wanted to share with everyone else about my experience today. It was never just about the french fry order, it was about the unprofessionalism of the employee hanging up in my face, the courtesy of the owner taking pride in his establishment and reprimanding the employee on how to treat his loyal customers, and making sure that I as a customer was happy in the end. No that wasn’t the case! People, when I say don’t eat here anymore and just drive across town just for the sake of making sure your food order is correct and you get treated well as a customer, do it! And to the owner, you should have taken my request into consideration! On a $ 22 order that I tipped your, that’s nothing compared to the amount of money you will lose from the several friends and family that I send to get food from you!

We always order pizza delivered. We’ve never had other dishes and we’ve never eaten at the restaurant. However, their pizza for delivery has always been consistently good. We’ve never been disappointed in the pizza or the service (which is quick and friendly). The pizza itself is authentic New York style… thin crust, smooth sauce. Very nice

I’ve ordered here once before and the pizza was ok so I decided to check Google reviews as to see what else was good on the menu. The first comment that you see… says a person ordered a pizza and when they were about half way done they saw a maggot on their pizza!!! That’s disgusting and that’s all I need to never eat here again. Please check google reviews if you don’t believe. Just thought I shared because if I had seen this before I ordered I would have never done so! Ewwwww.

We went to Soprano’s a few weeks ago and had pizza, which was pretty good. I went back and got baked ziti to go. When I make baked ziti, I mix the pasta with white sauce and bake it. When I got hoe I discovered the baked ziti was a container of wet ziti, and a separate container of red sauce. Awful.

I’ve been a fan of Soprano’s for several years. Tony and crew have kept the fresh taste of real ingredients true, offering a consistent meal year over year. My personal favorite is the veal parm.

They cheat you out of a topping. If you order a topping on only one half and a different topping on the other half, they charge you for two toppings! What a rip-​off! In my 45 years of ordering pizza, I have never known another pizza joint to do that. Then, the girl on the phone taking my order couldn’t get a single number in my phone number, address or credit card number correct and I don’t hold out any high hope that my order will be correct — if it even manages to arrive here. I’ll update with food quality, but so far, I would avoid this place as the customer service is awful.

Order pizza and it was delivered with red pepper flakes on it. I called to complain and the owner said I lied. Never never never. Very rude owner! I’ve never had that problem with their delivery.

Garry L. Doesn’t know what he is talking about. He also needs to learn to spell. Sopranos is great and we’ll rounded. It’s a great experience from ordering to delivery. We eat here at least twice a week.

Incredible margarita pizza. I have found ordering pepperoni without sauce is best. The tomato sauce is questionable on freshness. Better to order take out. Reasonable prices.

Obsessed with their pizza and calzone. Fried mushrooms and side salad are delicious. Friendly staff. Great delivery service. Love that their in our neighborhood.

Ordered a small thin crust Margarita pizza. It was delightfully delicious! Husband was happy with his pizza, too. Prices seemed reasonable. Definitely would return!

Very rude customer service. Soni or however you spell his name was arguing over 2.00. I had a coupon with no date or Limited time offer and he wud not honor his coupon. BTW I sold pizza ovens to him. Im sorry I cut him a deal on his ovens and other items. O on the star rating

I was burnt out from a long day of traveling and working and didn’t feel like dealing with traffic so I dug into my pocked pulled out my phone and checked Unilocal for some take out. All the places I wanted to try didn’t deliver till I stumbled across Soprano’s. There pizza isn’t the best actually it kind of tastes fake but there’s something about it that’s good. I also tried there wings which were fantastic they make there own sauce which is a plus. So overall its an ok place. Would I go out of my way to eat there? Probably not but beats out the chain pizza joints.

Logistics: I get a specialty pizza with a few changes and they are always nice about it. I order around ⁵⁄₆ so their delivery times are on (but it’s before it gets busy). First time I ordered it, it was nice and crispy, second time it was cooked normal. (I like it a little over done and crispy, so I need to remember to ask for that next time.) Very personable and friendly people answer the phone.
Food: They have pepperoncinis (banana peppers) but they are marinated in some kind of spice, and it add the perfect element of heat (I get their artichoke pizza, minus the olives and tomatos, add onions, pepperoncinis and pepperoni). Their marinara sauce (which I ask for extra because I like to dip each bite in it) is also pretty yummy. Whatever your favorite style of pizza or unique blend of toppings, this place is worth trying it, because like I mentioned above, their crust is awesome.
