Coach Josh Sutton has been privately training my 7 year old for a year and I can’t say enough about how good he is with her and how much she has learned. I did my research before I signed her up and even though this is far for us he has been worth the drive.

Like they say in the Lego movie…“Everything is Awesommmme!!” Hahaha! Friendly and welcoming! Clean mats, a good amount of equipment for Muay Thai and for the Fitness classes! And I can bring my kids to hang out while I train, without looking frowned upon! But then again my kids aren’t too crazy!
