Do NOT do any business with this company! We bought a storage building from them and several years later paid them to move it to a new house. We didn’t mind paying for the move as it was cheaper than a new building. The guy comes out to move it and says it will cost several hundred dollars more than we already paid. He said it wasn’t worth it and suggested we call for a refund. I asked for a refund. They(Morgan Buildings) said it was earnest money and refused any refund. They are a bad business with bad business practices. They do not deserve your business. Avoid them at all costs!

Buyer Beware. I paid this company $ 300 to move a Morgan Spa to a new location, and they decided to not only miss the appointment to move the spa, but to also decline to refund my money. They promised a refund at the corporate level, but that never happened. This business should be avoided at all costs.

I bought a Morgan Spa five years ago. I love the spa but… There were numerous issues that came up during the warranty period and they were all repaired sometimes it took several weeks to get a service call. Now that the warranty is expired I have continued to have issues and it just keeps getting more and more expensive. The company seems to have experienced a reorganization and closed offices. I can only rarely get ahold of someone and they are reluctant to come out and make the repairs. I will not buy from them again.

I needed a replacement relief plug for my Morgan Spa. I ordered it online and was promptly charged on my credit card. After a week, I still did not have the product(which would have been shipped less than 30 miles). I made six days of contact by email in a row and cannot get a response. The phone number is just an answering machine. I will cancel my credit card charge and never, ever order from Morgan online again!

I bought my spa from Morgan Spas at the Texas State Fair 3 yrs ago. I have had issues with it occasionally and had very slow response from them to get my issues addressed, but nevertheless my issues were resolved. This time is a different story. My spa started leaking. They spa tech came out and determined that he needed to repair things and would be best to take the spa to the shop. I said that was a good idea and they picked up my Spa sometime in July of 2012. They had to wait on parts, etc. I have called and left many messages, but no one returns messages at this Garland location.(Goes into a black hole) I spoke with the Spa tech and he said he would get to it, but now he hasn’t returned any of my calls over the past month. I have called and spoke with James most recently(first of Nov) and he said he will talk with service tech and will get back with me. It is now the 17th of Nov and still not a word. After 4 mos of being patient, I’m ready for my spa. I would like service and a timely response from Morgan. This is beyond reasonable.
