I purchased a home last year with Tammy who is a part of Lisa’s team. It was not a positive experience. I have worked with Lisa before she is a gem but she needs a better team.

I liked her. We could have been besties. The second one didn’t show up. Their third was Lisa Richardson. She was late to our appointment, and came in like the white tornado. She was very high energy, boisterous, with the cell phone in her ear. I didn’t like her at first, but my husband said, «you may not like her very much, but she WILL sell this house.» And sell it she did. In three days, we had a FULL PRICE OFFER. Lisa is a dynamo. She networks, she is HYPER-​FOCUSED. When you look up «sales-​superstar» in the dictionary, you’ll find Lisa’s picture. We’re getting ready to sell one of our properties and I just left Lisa a voice mail. I won’t use ANY other realtor.
