Ordered 2 sandwiches for delivery online and they took an hour to get here. A whole motherfucking hour. It would’ve been quicker to walk there and back. Still didn’t get the mayo packets I requested. Called and got it refunded. Freaky fast? Would’ve been freakishly faster had we fucking walked. Not ordering from here again. I don’t know if the drivers are always high or what, but my boyfriend told me that last time him and his friends ordered from here(same location) and they forgot his sand which and didn’t bring it back until two hours later. Ridiculous.

It’s exactly what you expect from Jimmy John’s. But 2 things: 1. The actual store is kinda creepy(may e b/c it’s small?). 2. They deliver, but depending on who’s working which day depends on where they deliver to.

Freaky fast is right! Making my sandwich while I order it. Very tasty menu. Reasonable pricing. Love the tuna.

Super consistent experience at this location. They have the same core team as when they opened a few years ago. Always fast, they always get the order right. Same with delivery. My regular sandwich is the #9 Italian Night Club. I’ve tried a few others but always come back to #9.

I was a manager at a different location in Dallas a few years back… this location has never let me down. I’ve never gotten a wrong order and they are always as fast as possible.(I started a driver so I know lunch time can be hard to make that 15 minutes or less). Happy with living so close to food that’s good and convenient to be delivered!

Usually I’m a fan. Honestly, I was a regular. Until tonight when it took an hour and 15 minutes for my order. I’m waiting outside at this point and the delivery guy is in the car full of people! My drinks were watered down and nasty. Super sad I won’t be able to have my jimmy johns delivered to my house anymore. Part 2. I called and complained. He offered my meal again for free. Cool. Made me happy. I was going to change my rating to satisfied customer. When I called to get my free meal the owner then asked me if I was the one who placed the bad Unilocal review. How unprofessional. I continue to order my sandwich and have it delivered. No way I will eat it. He probably spat in it. He then continues to justify every reason as to why he was late. At this point he’s being totally rude and uncalled for. Worst customer service. It was like he was trying to convince me my review was wrong, when there are multiple reviews all saying the same thing that I said here now. He has lost a neighborhood customer. And I hope his fancy Range Rover breaks down. Thank you have a nice day.

So in my last review I said I wouldn’t order again and well friends were over and they were craving it so we broke down and ordered. Took them 1 hour and a half. I should half walked down there(it would have taken ten minutes tops on foot) and when I called they were extremely rude.

Best subshop in garland. Way better then subway. Subway says no we ran out. But JJs builds it there way but they never run out of supply an are super fast I can walk in order a number 5 an leave with in 1mim as to subway at the Walmart. it takes them 7min to drop my sub on the floor an ask me if I want to eat one that fell on the floor or order a new one.

Food was meh. They don’t clearly point out to you on the website that when you order for delivery they add .50 to each item; order sandwich chips and drink for 3 – 4 people and that adds up quickly! Our delivery charge was $ 7.00 and then a decent tip on top of that brought it up to $ 10.00 just to get the food. Too much to pay a guy to bring our sandwiches ¼ mile; if their website would have made this clear we would’ve gone to pick them up ourselves.

I’m obsessed with sub sandwiches, and I try and have them as often as I can for lunch. That being said, this is my favorite sub sandwich place of all time. I first became obsessed with Jimmy John’s when I was in college in North Carolina and then Austin. My obsession unfortunately took a major hiatus when I lived in Boston for almost 7 years, for some reason JJ“s is nowhere to be found in New England. Only the occasional stop into the location by SMU kept my obsession going. When I found out that this location was opening, literally 3 miles from where I live, I almost cried. I love Jimmy John’s, and I have been telling people about it since I started eating them back in 1998. This location does not disappoint at all. The bread is what really makes these sandwiches, its a good quality French style bread that is not too soft and not too hard, just perfect. Most other sub shops use a really soft Italian style bread that just makes the sandwich too soft and spongy when you are eating it. My favorites are the Bootlegger, turkey breast and roast beef, and the Gargantuan, which is basically all of the meats in one gigantic sandwich. The chips are good, as are the cookies, but its the sandwiches that make me keep coming back for more. If you consider yourself a sub sandwich connoisseur, then you have to try Jimmy John’s.

I am a big fan of the Turkey Tom sandwich, and yes, they are super fast! The veggies tasted fresh, and it was made just like I wanted it! My only complaint is they don’t have wheat«sub» bread, just sliced wheat bread.

When they say fast– they mean fast. I hadn’t even had time to pull the underwear out of the places it crawled into during the drive over and my order was ready! Seriously, they made the sandwhich in about 60 seconds. I had the Big Italian(ham, salami, pepperoni). It was a tasty sandwhich-but I would prefer a bit more in the way of choices. Unless I missed something(entirely possible) they only have one kind of bread and they didn’t ask about toppings. Perhaps this is how they keep the frentic pace going. This is a new store and was very clean and the employees were all very personable. I can easily see this place forcing itself into the rotation for when I need a quick tasty lunch on the go!
