I have used this facility now several times for one of my cars. Each time I have visited the service center it has been a completely satisfying experience.

The TV was on channel showing program of sexual content In The waiting area.
it was embarrassing for those people waiting in the place.
It is shame to use this way to do business

Waiting for alignment and said be done in 30 min. Then came back said needed shim ok fine. Another 80 bux. Now 3 hrs of waiting wrong shim and still not done. Still saying waiting for parts. Wtf !!! How long does it take to get the right parts! Car in lift still not being worked on. Apparently the manager was kind enough to give me a discount on my trouble and went a little above to check out some things for me once everything was completed

Go elsewhere. I mean it. They turned what should have been a simple transaction into a me telling myself «I will never come back here». I took a dead battery out of my truck, sent a Firestone e-​coupon from the website to my phone and went up there to purchase the battery in the coupon. I also brought my old batter to exchange so the core charge would not be a factor. What should have been a $ 99 battery turned into a $ 119 battery. The Manager told me the $ 20 discount was only if I brought m my truck in and have them INSTALL the battery! They could not offer me a discount unless I paid to have my truck towed into the shop and have them INSTALL the battery. Whatever. I should have across the street to Autozone. Read the other reviews on here. These people are not to be trusted.

Very disappointed with service. I came to the store trying to get my brake light fixed. I approached the manager on duty and was told that my car had electrical problems, this is without him ever looking at the car. He told me that he would charge me the $ 75 diagnostic fees which would take 1 to 2 hours than
I would probably have to leave the car over night. When I got home I checked the car, and all it needed was the brake light switch replaced. I spent less than 15 minutes fixing the car and spent less than $ 10. The manager should have at least looked at the car prior to making diagnostics about the issue. More likely will not be returning.

Went for a quick oil change but got a lengthy rundown of all the things that need to be fixed and several were firmly emphasized how crucial they were to have repaired quickly. Just be prepared to say no to the pressure.

Great wifi, quick service, but a little pricier than my normal oil change joint. But they’re open on Sundays and I was in a rush to get the job done. Big ups for ignoring the Sabbath – that rule came out before automobiles, yo.
