They were here within 1 hour of my call (4:15 pm). The technician went directly to the problem and replaced the capacitor. We were very pleased, especially since it was 100 degrees outside.

Service was very good. The only thing i’m disappointed about was the $ 95 service call that they didn’t tell me about just to do the estimate. Overall they came in better than the other 2 services i called so i went with them. Technicians were thorough and seemed competent. Job was completed quickly and they cleaned up well.
