I will not return to Charming Charlies again! The Sales Associate lied to me about the «FREE» Glamour magazine. I specifically said that I did not want to sign up for anysubscriptions and she said «oh no its nothing like that». WRONG! Then how come I was charged for an entire year subscription??? Lying to your customers to up your sales is bad customer service, and you can be sure I will let everyone know.

Charming Charlie is a nicer Claire’s…on steroids. During my second visit, I noticed they also carry clothes, shoes and a large number of accessories. I guess I was so focused on getting earrings during my first visit, I failed to notice everything else. The jewelry is organized by color which is the perfect layout to me. Everything is very affordable.

They have any kind of accessory you could ever want here, all organized by color. Clothes, jewelery, purses, you name it. It’s a huge store!
