This location is a bit cramped and not as clean as I would like. The counter people were very pleasant The Ice cream was fresh and good The price is fantastic $ 1.29 a scoop in a cup Not a monster scoop like foo-foo joints but a nice satisfying scoop. A-OK

Probably the worst hamburger ever served. Tasteless dry patty. Cheese(if that really is cheese) was not even melted. Fries are ok when they’re really hot, but inedible if they’re not steaming.

Excellent burgers, big portions. Drive thru lines are a bit long at times but well worth it! Whatever you get, get it with bacon… they use thick cut that is cooked perfectly. Amazing milkshakes as well!

Very busy location. They are always out of lime sherbet ice cream. This time they were out of fries, nuts for my banana split, and LIMESHERBET. Also, they were out of change, $ 1,5, & $ 10. Lol. Can’t wait for the Murphy location to open. Murphy location is now open, the ice cream temp is not right. Ice cream is too soft and melty.

Employees are decent– ALWAYS out of something! Shakes are more like flavored milk– very watery.

I’ve been coming to this location for close to 20 years now. Haven’t been in quite sometime and decided to pay them a visit. As others have stated this place is dirty and looks like whoever is in charge stopped caring and stopped trying a long time ago. There was no effort made to wipe down tables, the floor was dirty, even the area where you place your order and pay was dirty and in disrepair. I also noticed that in order to expand their dairy store/fresh market, they took out about half of their seating area. The seating area is extremely cramped and crowded. In my opinion, the store should come second to the fact that this is an ice cream shop where people want to sit and enjoy their ice cream. I like their ice cream, its pretty cheap compared to the super premium places. They offer mixes, which are much like the blizzard at DQ, candy bar sundaes which are the mix in sundae rather than shake form, as well as shakes, malts, and fancy sundaes. My favorite has always been the black forest sundae. Personally I don’t care for their hot foods and never have. Ice cream wise, they are good. However this Braums location is dirty, crowded, and outdated, they are in desperate need of attention from the corporate office. If u want Bruams, and don’t mind the drive hit of the one in south Garland near 635. It’s a lot cleaner, and they have more seating.

Good ice cream. Terrible service at this place. The blonde bitch inside gave my sister a attitude and rolled her fat eyes. when all my sister was doing was thinking on which ice cream to get. Won’t be back at this one.

The ice cream is good, don’t get me wrong. The inside is a nightmare. The employees are not friendly, the interior is not clean, and it’s a very small, cramped space. The bathroom is unpleasant as well, not shockingly. If I were to go here again, I would take the drive-thru. The entire experience was dragged way down, and the ice cream was great, but couldn’t convince me to go back here.

The best ice cream place west of the Atlantic. This place for a franchise hamburger joint never comes short. Good wholesome burgers, with crinkled fries and a malt. Who says you can’t go back to junior high al a carte? And the ice cream with some many flavors and toppings, you never can go wrong with any of them. I think their cappacino and the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake is the best of the bunch.

A welcoming pink and blue sign greets you as you travel along 78. If you are looking for an alternative to the usual fast food restaurant, give Braum’s a try. Their portions are a good size and value, and run about the same price. Although know for their burgers, which are quite good, one of my favorites is their Chipolte Chicken sandwich. However, their claim to fame is their ice cream so it’s no wonder that their soft serve frozen yogurt served in a large waffle cone is a big hit with my family. A small convienence store featuring Braum’s products is an added plus for those who want to take home a half gallon. One area where they could use some improvement is the store’s cleanliness. It’s not terrible but management could be more vigilant keeping the tables wiped down.

I love going to Braum’s for their burgers, ice-cream, and dairy products. They are one of the few dairy distrubutors left that owns their own farms and produces milk exclusively for their Braum’s label. And their frozen yogurt is the best to be found, especially Cappuccino Chunky Chocolate, my favorite. The only criticism I have for the place was a one-time event. It’s kind of funny and kind of sad too. My husband and I went there one night earlier this summer to get ice-cream sundaes. We noticed the place was packed and a long line at the drive-thru but decided to wait it out anyway, we waited maybe 10 minutes or more. When we finally got up to the order box, we were told they couldn’t serve us because the computerized cash-registers were down. They had food. They had power. But the registers didn’t work, so they couldn’t take our order. Coming from a period in time when cash-registeres were not computerized or even really all that necessary, I got a good laugh from the situation. My husband asked the boy if we should wait or just leave then. The boy said we should probably just leave. Unfortunately, this is likely more a sign of the times than it is the incompetency of Braum’s employees.
