How can you go wrong with a small town saloon with friendly locals? The drinks were cheap and they have video poker and Big Buck Hunter. Our bartender was a sweetheart and chatted with us about things to do around Yellowstone.

Even though they no longer serve food, the bar is still a fantastic place grab a drink and get a little taste of the locale. Locals and tourists alike bump elbows day and night, sharing stories and a few great micro brews and liquor. Beautiful front window views of Yellowstone National Park create a relaxing setting in the afternoon between shopping and animal watching.

Dark little bar with a divey ambiance and good pints. Our bartender was very friendly. We weren’t aware that they offered food service and, based on the looks of the place, I’m not sure if I would be comfortable eating here. This place seems like a townie bar but no one was unfriendly to us tourists.

I like«no frills» type bars, but this had a bunch of old rude drunk guys that looked like they hadn’t seen a bath in decades. I’m surprised they didn’t hit me with the line«you ain’t from around these parts are you boy?». Had a nice cold beer though.

Super great pizza. Their GMO pizza is truly awesome! A good way to get back the calories one has burnt on the long trails through the Yellowstone park which is less than a mile away.
