The pharmacy wouldn’t fill my kid’s prescription. Her pediatrician has been writing her the same prescription monthly for two years. Well, no worries. We just went to one of the other two pharmacies within walking distance and had the prescription filled without issue. We spoke to our pediatrician staff and they were perplexed by the pharmacist rejecting the prescription.

I’ve been a customer with their pharmacy for years. Never had any problems until this year. Their new pharmacy team has to be the worst, incompetent, unkind group of pharmacist you’ve ever met in your life. They don’t have their stuff together and the communication among their so called pharmacy team is HORRIBLE! I’ve worked as a supervisor in customer service, and if I ever had a team like that pharmacy team, a lot of people would’ve been fired. Their cashier and Carlos the store manager is very helpful and their store is really nice. It’s just the pharmacy STAYAWAYFROMTHEPHARMACY, or just leave a bad review every time you go there and receive crappy service from their horrible pharmacy team.

I love Walgreens and all their good deals. So easy to use their app and get super cheap prices on stuff I actually need. Just have to catch the deals when they have them. A lot cheaper than target and this location isn’t bad. It’s right by my house, they’re always fully stocked and the staff isn’t bad either.

Oh my goodness, hadn’t been here in years and I wouldn’t have gone recently if I’d read the reviews. Rude and incompetent doesn’t begin to describe what just happened. They had an item on sale for $ 59 plus an extra $ 10 off with coupon but was out of stock so I got a raincheck. Went to get it today and the manager didn’t want to honor the raincheck pricing. She tried to belittle my intelligence saying the price tag on the shelf didn’t reflect the(sale) amount I was saying and acted like she gave me something by using the coupon. FYI Ms. Manager, the price tag on the shelf will not reflect a sale price when the sale is over, that’s what a raincheck is for. Also take a math class, $ 10 from $ 65 is not $ 59, nor does $ 55 +$ 10=$ 69. People, if you dare to go to this location, check your receipts.

Worst pharmacy ever. Terrible costumer service, rude staff all around the store and specially pharmacy staff. Very unprofessional. I would give it zero stars if it was an option. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all. Save your time and go elsewhere.

I went pharmacy twice trying to pick up my prescription every time I went they had no record of my prescription. After communicating with my doctor who said that the prescription had been accepted by the pharmacy they admitted to having my prescription held on the side but I had to call personal for them to reprocess it. So I called and when I did they told me to call back in 30min then they would do it. The employees were rude to me when I would try to explain that my prescription had been sent already and instead of handling it the first time they continued to treat me with unnecessary disrespect. I will not be using the pharmacy again.

Pharmacy is slow and inconsistent. Customer service is extremely poor. Limited/low stock of products.

I know this place has just bad reviews and I only go here because I live so close. I order photos here most the time, but there has been some mishaps with the photos not being printed or the fact that the photos come out too blurry.

I can describe this Walgreens in one word: incompetent. The employees seem to all be high school students and they act like that while they’re serving you; meaning they mess around, are impolite, and generally don’t know how to solve problems. I went to get a passport photo; something that should not have taken more than an hour. But due to their incompetence and slow service, I had to come in the next day to pick up my photos. This is by far the worst Walgreens I’ve ever been to.

Horrible pharmacy! I had to pick up my grandmother’s blood pressure medicine and they gave me the wrong medication! Complete idiots at the counter, before they gave an apology they asked if I gave the correct info… My grandmas name is Evelyn not Rosa you assholes!

Inconsistent service– one day they are polite and the next curt and dry. The prices do not seem all that much less than what they claim to be, in comparison to other drug stores. The way the store is organized is junky. Not coming here unless as a last resort.

I had to take some passport size pictures. I called someone who I thought was an employee because she had on an Walgreens uniform. Then she told me that she doesn’t work there. I immediately apologized. A few minutes later she was the one taking pictures in the photo center !!! Even though I was surprised as to why she would lie to me I kept mum. After taking the pictures she gave it to me uncut and said that I have to cut it myself!!! I was surprised again since just the before day I had taken pictures with walgreens in some other store. She was like if you want it take it or leave it. It was extremely rude. I realized that I just experienced the first racist encounter in US. Dear Walgreens, I did not know you employ racist people in your store! I don’t want to name the employee in this incident but I just made up my mind not to visit a Walgreens in the future

I came to this Walgreens because it was the closest one to my work, and I had to hurry up and take advantage of the BOGO deal for some protein shake powders I’ve been wanting. They had exactly what I needed, the store was clean and well-lit, service was very friendly. I love that Walgreens does not require a member card, but rather, you can simply use your phone number to soak up the awesome deals. It was easy to apply for a card, too! It was all completed with the debit/credit card machine. Gotta love simplicity. I’ll certainly be back when I need more goods!

I will start by saying, when Im in the area this Walgreens location is convenient for me, but there are always a bunch of weirdo’s here for some reason. I come here whenever I need something because they are open 24 hours and I use the redbox often so I can just return my movies here too. I don’t really like this location, but I refuse to go any further because when I do come, it is always late and I don’t want to take any chances and find any more weirdo’s. The employees here are also a little weird, they always hire people with crazy tattoos and piercings. The people who come into this place always scare me. I tend to run in grab whatever it is that I need and literally run out.

I give this walgreens a 4 star because it has very few staff to help out when your trying to look for something and overall it’s a very clean store staff are nice and even though it’s doesn’t have many staff the few that there is are always very helpful. And help you fine what you need.

–1 This location is the WORST!!! They take forever to help you in the drive thru line. They’ll literally turn their back towards you and ignore you. It takes at least twenty minutes for me to get service even after ice pushed the call button. They’ll say«be right with you» through the intercom, but I swear they wait for a twenty minute buzzard to go off before they attend to you! When I call, it’s never less than a ten minute hold; no matter what time of day! Seriously, what the heck?!

Review based only on the photo department. Uploaded photos online and in the South Bay area around lunch so decided to pick up from this location. Photos were ready in about an hour and a half. Little wait at the photo counter, but overall good service. Have always used Walgreens for photo processing over the years. Easy to upload online and order prints. Also there’s always coupons for photo orders on the Walgreens website.

1 star because I cant leave it blank ;-/ I will probably never come back to this location ever again. My visit today was for 1 purpose only — GET A PASSPORTPHOTOTAKEN. Walked directly to the Photo dept. where I observed 2 young guys(im not even going to honor them with the description«gentlemen») behind the counter. Neither of them even bothered to look up from their conversation to acknowledge I was standing there. Keep in mind, its an OPEN counter… they could see me. Im not hard to miss either. Also, there is a total of 4 people in the entire store, so not like they were waiting on someone else. After a few minutes(so it seemed, maybe more like a minute) still engaged in full(personal –I might add) conversation with each other one walked away and the other finally sashayed his way to the front counter and in a very slurred(not implying intoxication) & slow way asked«what you need?», yes, just like that.(OMG, right?) I proceeded to ask to take a passport photo, he started to go into this slow motion mock looking-for-something mode(the camera) and uttering things like«uh, I dunno if we…», «uh, maybe today isn’t a good day for that», «we might not be able to do it for you» and«hey so-and-so(dont remember the other guys name) you know where the camera is, this lady needs a passport photo» and shit like that. At which point I was in full RAGEMODE! and was sick of this bullshit. Just when I was about to give this kid a piece of my mind and tell him to get his F#&KN shit together and get me the manager because you are obviously incompetent… he says to me «the photo studio across the street can do it for you, why don’t you go there?» Due to my vow to stay calm in these types of situations… I took a deep breath and said very loudly«Im going to CVS, because they know what the hell they”re doing over there.»

Your average Walgreen’s, never too busy, nicely stocked mostly, but can tend to be a little messy at times. Open 24 hours and has a Red Box DVD rental center inside. Staff is friendly most of the time, on a rare occasion I’ve run into an irritable employee, but I would be to if I was on the graveyard shift, and was up at 4:00 am on a winters day.
