Vapor Range

The guys at vapor range are so chill and patient. I was already super tired from a 60+ hr work week but i was running low on ejuice so i decided to stop by a new place on my way home. So tired i pulled on a door that doesnt open and almost walked away disappointed thinking it was closed. Thankfully I idled for a minute when one of the guys opened the other door that I was supppsed to use in the first place. I like that it showed initiative and appreciation of the customer. I walked in embarrased but they were cool about it. I tried a bunch of juices looking to stock up on a few different ones. Not once was he hesitant or showed signs of being annoyed which is what Im used to and why I dont get to get many juices at other shops. We joked a few times. Was given recommendations and shown new items like the griffin 25, and the theorem. Again, without any hesitation. End of the day, i got my juices at a very friendly price, actually left happy from a vape store without the bitter taste of bad service. (They were not overwhelming either, i dont like my ass kissed.)
I did have one issue with one of the juices, when i got home after finishing other errands I opened the box to a juice i was looking forward to all day. The bottle itself was a brand new labeled bottle and everything but it was empty. I took it back without a delay or hesitation they swapped it out for me.
So all in all, I found my new home, I mean favorite vape shop.
Ps. Their prices are pretty damn good without the huge markup other shops have and a huge selection on attys, and mods as well.

Honestly everyone should just ask for joshwa! Great customer service, knows what hes talking about and an overall awesome person. I highly recommend this place.

Great selection of devices and juices. Fairly priced for a B&M shop. Whenever I get a build here they do a good job and don’t take forever unlike other shops.

Make sure to ask for Josh! He does the best builds I’ve seen yet and makes really good v-​juice recommendations. Not a single juice I didn’t like from his suggestions.

I come here once a week because it’s the closest shop to me & the staff is unorganized. It’s always cluttered with boxes, the owner never says hi despite my smile & nods. Overall a mediocre shop with a fine selection & reasonable prices but crappy service in my opinion & worth 1 – 2 stars.

Great range of products at great prices! Yes it is a little cluttered, but they can put their hand on anything you ask for in seconds! Great service too. It feels like a very relaxed vibe here.

The joint is kind of messy and cluttered, with mods, attys, and boxes littered everywhere. However, the inventory on hand and staff can’t be beat. Came in here to pick up a Wismec RX200, which was just released. They were one of the only shops in the greater LA area that had the mod in stock and weren’t overcharging an arm and a leg for it. With the sudden influx of good and cheap mods from China, I’m still surprised when I called a bunch of local shops to find them selling for 2−3x markup. At Vapor range, I got my desired mod at close to online retail price and only had to pay tax.
PROTIP: They are able to price match their online price.

Came in with a problem with my mod from Cloudscape. Cloudscape dumped and told us to just head here. This place is awesome and looks like they pretty much have everything with all the boxes at the front. Mods on deck!!! Any hardware you want come here. They’ll def show the best that they have. Rich super chill laid back. The girl made fun of me for not knowing how to cook rice. It’s not my fault I burn shit. Anyways going back on track, will come back here again. I support the business. Good looking out.

Went in today to purchase the kanger tech subox. I forgot to ask the guy who helped me out what his name was, but he was super patient when I was trying out the vape juices that they had.
If I lived in LA I would keep coming back to this spot. Thanks for explaining what was up with the vape and answering my questions.

Shop is nice. They are a distributor kinda shop, But still have a wide range of juices and mods. Most of the the staff are experienced vapers and enthusiast’s.
However, the reason i gave it 3 stars is because theres this employee there that has given me such poor customer service, i haven’t gone back. He was rude, egotistical, and just too cocky.
Bottom line is, I had a very bad experience with 1 employee, but the majority is great.
