Once u enter, u walk into a large waiting room. I signed into a chart and processed in 10min to get tested for my works’ physical and drug non-​dot test.
Staff were kind and professional. Everything went smoothly

I’ve been coming here for about three months due to a work related injury & have gotten to know a lot of the staff. As the other reviews stated, unfortunately, the ladies in the front aren’t always in best of spirits but I guess they’re overwhelmed. This is a busy clinic. The wait can be a little long which isn’t so fun but it might be worth the wait if you like the Doctors.
However, there are some really amazing staff here. I don’t know all of their names but to name a few: Rhonda is VERY sweet. She always greets me with a smile & very helpful in all my questions. Dr. Huong is really nice, even though he freaks out about things sometimes lol. The medical assistants (who work in the back) are all REALLY nice! One of them named Peggy, the rest I don’t remember but they’re really nice. The chiropractor here, Dr. Greene is amazing. I’ve had a total of 12 sessions with him & honestly I feel WAY better after each appointment. He’s so very attentive each time I come in here and the reason I’m giving 5 stars. I would recommend anyone come here for chiro needs because he is such a caring doctor. He’s definitely not a miserable doctor he loves to help his patients which is how every doctor should be! Hope this helps everyone!

Rene, the x-​ray tech, took another set of images of my now healed wrist which Dr. Bos took the time to point out to me-​thanks doc!
But my #3 follow-​up appointment didn’t occur until after I was pulled into the manager’s office to discuss my last Unilocal review.
It appears that my review uncovered some problems with this office that she decided to address with me directly — like the clock in and out times on my last treatment sheet, patient confidentiality that I didn’t experience when my vitals were taken next to another patient outside of a treatment room, not to mention the long wait times to be seen when you have an appointment. The manager seemed sincere and handed me her business card, so we’ll have to wait and see if the Unilocal reviews after I stop having to be seen here trend any differently.
Physical therapy starts Tuesday!

I really hate to complain but HERE IT GOES! these people DO NOT care about you. I’ve been coming here for 6 months due to a work injury. Most of the people here ALWAYS have an attitude… granted a handful of workers are really sweet (wish I could remember their names). I always wait 30 min-​1hour+ past my appointment time which is annoying because I am here for my back and I have to get up every so often because I am sitting so long. The specialist made a comment about me looking buff in my uniform (which I can laugh at NOW but at the time I was irritated because I had already waited an hour for him so I didn’t laugh).
There is a receptionist here… I am not going to say her name or anything about her about her appearance but SHE ALWAYS has a nasty attitude. I asked her a question over the phone and she let out a looooong sigh, stayed quiet, and just transferred me to someone else. On separate occasions, this receptionist just always had a smart comment or makes you feel like you’re a nuisance.
I made the mistake of writing down my home phone for emergency reasons, and even though I had asked the receptionists to erase that number, they are incompetent and continued to call my house. Look, I don’t want to deal with these people — they are miserable and it’s so obvious. they are only there for a paycheck. I mean, they have so many bad reviews. If you have a choice: don’t come here! People deserve to be treated better. And if you’re brave, just prepare yourself for crappy customer service and long waiting times.

Wow, people in the lobby were waiting 2 hrs past their apt time. Many here to see specialist, my injury is being agravated by sitting here for 45 min & I am still waiting. …gotta walk around every 15min or so to help it. Very upset patients & I dont blame them. No TV or magazines to help the time pass. Very bad, these aren’t walk in patients, they had appointments which apparently were just arbitrary times. Hello US healthworks; make ur appointments further apart.
Took 2.5 hrs till I was seen, 3hrs total with an appointment. The staff is nice, but if they didn’t have to deal with irate patients all morning I’m sure everything will go so much smoother. I think they need more help the doctor department or less appointments… put a TV in so we can pass the time while waiting.

Worst place ever! Don’t come here. Bad service and staff. Look for another place to get your needs done. Again never come here. 3 hours to get your urine test, there’s only 4 patients in the waiting room. If I could only give 0 star I will.

I would give zero stars if I could. We got here at 10:30 on a Monday morning. It’s 12:50 now and we still haven’t been seen. And every time you ask about the wait they say half an hour. There’s about 20 people in the waiting room AND ONLY ONE EFFING DOCTOR! We clocked it: a person goes in about every 45 minutes or so, sometimes longer. This place is terrible.

I called just to ask how long the wait is. The RUDE lady told me just get there before five i said thats not my question she still did not answer my question i finally said your not helpfull and had to hang up. rude rude bad front office

As long as u don’t ask questions ull be fine
