Unique Eyebrow Threading

I previously would go see Goma but she’s no longer there… After letting my eyebrows grow in all the way I went back to see Gita and she did an AMAZING JOB!!! She listened to exactly what I said. I am so happy that I did not give up.

So happen to take my grandma next door to get her eyes check and so I found this place unique eye brow place and I needed to get my eye brows done that day so I went ahead and took a risk, it was my first time at the place. The ladies are very nice and the results came out nice. My original eye brow lady messed up my eyebrows and when I came here they fixed it up really nice. This is forsure my new eye brow place !!!

I have discovered that Goma now works in San Pedro at a place called Simi Threading. I do like how the new girls do my eyebrows but it’s not the same as when Goma would do them

FYI — ladies Goma told me that she was going to open up her own threading shop in Lomita. I don’t know if that happened.

Love coming here they are super nice and always make me wanna come back when I see the results of my eyebrows

They say she’s in Pakistan and will be back in a month but that has been three months now.
The new ladies are just not as good as Goma. I guess I have to find a new eyebrow threader.

I really love it here, but no one seems to want to say what happened to Goma and she was the best. I haven’t seen her in months. The other ladies are super sweet, but Goma is really irreplaceable. I hope she comes back soon. It’s still a good deal for the price and I’d def recommend it.

Nice people here but too quick when doing my eyebrows. Result was good but not exactly what I wanted. The price is a little higher for eyebrow threading In the area — $ 8 for an okay job. The women here are very nice though !!

Owner Gauri did my eyebrow thread !! She’s GREAT kept my brows natural & threading/​cut was fantastic. This location doesn’t have lots of people waiting, only 1 person (who was getting brows done) so I waited less than 5 min which I loved ! Other threading shops have TONS of people so it was nice to get helped right away & pricing was good -$ 7! Definitely going back

Goma is the best threader i have had in So. Cal. She is very light handed and quick. She can thread my whole face with perfect eyebrows in fifteen minutes!!! Her shop is very clean and quiet. She even remebers to ask about my family. She is located in the Marukai Shopping center on Redondo Beach Blvd. I am a stickler for neat well-​shaped eyebrows and i have never been dissatisfied with Goma. Even when i want the shape changed she has not left me wanting. Perfect thickness. Try her. If there is a line… don’t worry. Shes fast and will have you in and out. But don’t let the speed fool you. Shes meticulous.

I’m letting my eyebrows grow, and ever since I’ve been getting my natural shape back and the arch is defined!!! stayng here! #js lol

I don’t know what I would do without eyebrow threading! Everywhere I go, people ask me where I get my brows done and I name drop this place and the PV location all the time. I can let them grow about 2 – 3 weeks and my eyebrows still look great which is a testament to how skilled they are here. Once I went to another spot in OC and it was a total fail:
so I apprecate the consistent quality work here.
Goma is the best and although I have been seeing her for years, all the ladies are great. I have always walked out of here happy. I don’t know how many stamp cards I have filled, but I will continue to come here for my lip & brow threading (about $ 12). TIP: Come before 5 and avoid Fridays if you don’t want to wait!

I have been coming here for more than a year, just for my eyebrows. Customer service is great. And the lady always takes time doing my eyebrows and making sure it will look nice. And they also have a stamp card. :)

I’ve been coming to goma for a year now and she ALWAYS does my eyebrows. She’s really good at it. Before I’d go to the mall just to get them done and now I just drive literally down the street. The only downside is the wait. I feel like she’s the only person that works here so it kind of takes a while before she gets to another customer. She does take her time and she prefects her work but if you’re in a rush make sure you catch her when it’s empty. Other than that come here! She gives you a stamp card after your 10^th visit you get a free one!

I’ve come here to thread my eyebrows a few times. I wouldn’t say I thread every two weeks, but I try to at least once a month. The lady — I’m terrible with names, please forgive me — is the absolute best at her job. I used to work in the area and it was very convenient for me to get my eyebrows threaded after work. I would avoid before work since my skin is sensitive and would turn red right after the threading. I even brought my sister once and she liked it! Even when I live in San Pedro, and work close to DTLA, I’ve come here a few times because she knows how to revive my brows after I let them grow out. Shame on me, I know lol.
BTW, they have a frequent customer card.

Love this place!!! By far the best eye brow threading around. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! I love how she leaves my eyebrows also she provides great customer service.
12 $ for eyebrows and upper lip!!!

Was having dinner about 2 miles from here but I got there early and I had 20 minutes to spare.
I needed eyebrow threading and or waxing.
I searched and found this place by chance.
I called to ask if she could take me right away and she said 10 minutes so I drove over.
It’s tucked in the back of a real asian shopping plaza.
Look for a yellow sign outside.
I walked in and she had just finished on someone else. Told me to have a seat. Large space but only 4 chairs.
She was by herself.
I got threaded and wow… she was awesome. Been threaded and waxed so many times. Haven’t been happy lately anywhere. She got to work and I could tell how good she was by how tight she pulled the strings. It was a firm fast easy process and she then used scissors to trim as well. She did around the brows and inbetween as well as sidelines. Then did my lip area. She gave me aloe Vera and charged me 12 bucks. I gave a 8 dollar tip cause she was awesome. She gave me a frequent reward card. I wish I lived near by cause I’d definitely be a regular!

Prior to Goma at Unique Eyebrow Threading, I do not recall where or when or how I got my eyebrows done. Okay, that is a bit of strength but I can not emphazie enough how much I appreciate finally finding a place that I come to regularly for my eyebrows. I no longer have to really explain how I want them done because Goma remembers or follows the prior work she did on my brows. I am not sure how she remembers but she does and all I have to do is sit on the chair, hold up my brows and converse.
The place is always clean and it’s spacious. There is a bathroom all the way at the back and they keep it very clean as well. The walls are pink and the television is always playing videos that look like a Bollywood movie. There are magazines provided if there is a wait and they are current issues, which is not common in most places. I really like that there is no fluff or unnecessary décor with this business. It’s a minimalist vibe with one goal in mind, which is to provide great service!

There are non-​busy time slots, which are perfect because Goma is solo majority of the time.

After nine visits, the tenth one is free with a stamp card.

Goma rushes when it’s busy and there is plenty of customers waiting. Be sure to come on a weekday, before or after lunch.
If you were like me and went to a different eyebrow place every time to get your brows done, try Goma! She is top shelf!

I was very upset about my eye brows being ruined and my sisters recommended I try this place! I wish they would have told me sooner!!!
The service is great! The owners are very friendly and polite. The place is kept very clean and she always sanitizes her hands after every client.
I will agree the wait kinda sucks, but it’s worth the wait. I only do eyebrows so I am in and out of the chair quickly but having to wait for folks that want more than just their eyebrows done is kind of a drag.
Her attention to detail is great. The other lady really ruined my eye brows but over the last two months we have been thickening my eyebrows and I finally got my desired look!

My eyebrows do not match. Like others here, one is thinner than the other. I repeatedly pointed this out to Goma. She kept insisting that she wanted one to grow in. That would make sense if that was the brow she left thicker. She kept saying that about the brow that was thinner. My brows are not uniform, but almost all the waxers I have gone to have made them even. I will not go back because of this.
The two stars is because each brow individually looks great. She did a fantastic job getting all those pesky baby hairs that I have.
I should have listened to my gut and walked out when I noticed how terrible her eyebrows looked. They were way overgrown with so many strays. That was a clue, but I defaulted to Unilocal reviews.
I can see why people gave 5 stars if their eyebrows matched. I also fully understand the low reviews of those who are in my situation.
